Gartside & Coyle are fcuking clueless, its like the clubs being run & managed by the Chuckle Brothers....
Re: Down with a wimper
You know what's really bad, aside from us all but being mathematically down and it's not even fecking Christmas?
It's that if Coyle really in the last six months of his contract then would only be detrimental to the club to sack him now. It would be money that we couldn't afford to bring a new manager into an already poisonous situation. We're going to have to cut our losses for this season, let Coyle see it out (or resign) and plan for next season starting now.

Couldn't agree more, this is the problem though when employing a ex player has manager he gets longer to fcuk things up. Gartside went from manager at georgian house (jarvis hotel now) to chairman at bolton what a rise to fame lol, that shows you what clowns run this club.Hoboh wrote:Bunch of spineless, theiving cnuts the lot of them!!!

Re: Down with a wimper
While I'd like to see him gone are you really prepared to affect our chances of rebuilding next season in order to get some brief satisfaction from the sacking of Coyle? Why blow our entire transfer budget on replacing him when we could do it for nothing in the summer?a1 wrote:

We will have lost half our fans by then, and be in such a mess that we will struggle to appoint anyone...
Has to go now, no debate.
Re: Down with a wimper
I don't disagree with the first bit but I think we'd struggle to appoint someone now. Who wants to come in knowing they've got six months of managing this side in the Premier League?BWFC_Insane wrote:Whookam wrote:While I'd like to see him gone are you really prepared to affect our chances of rebuilding next season in order to get some brief satisfaction from the sacking of Coyle? There should no debate at all, my mates have season tickets but haven't been to the last 3 games there that pissed off there's no enjoyment watching your team getting smashed every fcuking week.BWFC_Insane wrote:Whookam wrote:While I'd like to see him gone are you really prepared to affect our chances of rebuilding next season in order to get some brief satisfaction from the sacking of Coyle? Re: Down with a wimper
mark hughes would win his first 3 games just off lining up the team correctly, and new energy or relief that someone who knows what theyre talking about is talking to them will carry them the rest of the way.Whookam wrote: I don't disagree with the first bit but I think we'd struggle to appoint someone now. no way should that squad be where it is now.

There's no evidence to suggest any of that.a1 wrote:mark hughes would win his first 3 games just off lining up the team correctly, and new energy or relief that someone who knows what theyre talking about is talking to them will carry them the rest of the way.Whookam wrote: I don't disagree with the first bit but I think we'd struggle to appoint someone now. I think our squad is quite poor to be honest but I agree we shouldn't be bottom.a1 wrote:coyle is evidence of the last bit.Whookam wrote:

Re: Down with a wimper
We shouldn't be bottom with this squad of players, i think an experienced manager will get the best out of them.

How is it to late? Who is to say Wigan, Blackburn and Wolves wont stick around for the fight?
Re: Down with a wimper
Firstly more than 95% of Premier League teams that find themselves in our position fail to stay up.ChrisC wrote:Whookam wrote:It's too late for that.Jokers in White wrote:We shouldn't be bottom with this squad of players, i think an experienced manager will get the best out of them.

Secondly in order to reach the magic 40 points we have the go from playing like at the bottom of the table to averaging 1.4 points per game over the next 22 games. That's European form in case you're wondering.
