If Coyle is going to be sacked then it will be tonight if we lose.. if he doesn't go then he will be here till the end of the season at least.. I said a few months back that the Blackburn game would be P45 time.

Venky's seem to be loving winding the Blackburn fans up and keeping there 6 fingers busy making banners etc.. makes you wonder who would take over that circus.. maybe a manager from one of the Venky branches

Given our current financial situation with a debt of £110 Million, set against our annual turnover of £55 Million with the wage bill acounting for appox 80% of that turnover sacking Coyle is not really an option.

A defeat tonight will almost certainly condemn us to Championship football next year regardless of who is manager, unless the club has a benefactor prepared to pump around £20 to £30 Million on players. With that Budget Coyle would keep us up, we all know we don't have that money.

The sensible business decision is to keep Coyle till end of season and assess where we are financially and whether we are able to mount a challenge to yo yo straight back up. The fact is we need to be more worried about the sustainability of Bolton Wanderers as a football club than our premiership survival.

But in answer to the question Kean is unlikely to outlast the Turkey on my allottment.

If I was a betting man, and I am, I'd bet that Kean will be first out, but (and this is where I stick my neck out ready for it to be wrung and my lifeless carcass turned into chicken balls and stuffin) I don't think Venkys understand enough about football business to be able to call a board meeting, so I think he'll still be here the other side of Christmas.

Still think it will be Kean to go first, but my prediction of the Turkey on the allottment outlasting him was wrong unless something happens in the next 3 hours.
