Re: Day of Destiny/Doomsday: Stoke away
If we are where you think we will be next season he would be more than adequate
Especially as we wont be keeping petrov and LCY would probably go in Jan
Its all irrelevant because where gonna stay up
Then sack that muppet of a manager

We all know what happened to the titanicboltonboris wrote:I'm in the same boat as BWFCinsane on this.
People are giving him leeway due to his age. But how old is he? 19? 20? Most players who are top performers (everyone says that's what he'll be) were doing it pretty regularly at that age.
I would't be giving up on him just yet he's had one season at Feynoord and a hand full of games in the prem he's shone quality in glimpses
i dont think hes the next messi or owt but he will be a good player IMO

I'm sure he will be, but he's a luxury we can't afford.
He's also the 3rd best right winger in the squad. he won't be here next season.

He's ALL Right footed. When he played on the left, he always cut back to cross with his right.

Well, NRC's up for it...

If anything I'm looking forward to the game more than ever. This is football. This is what we dream about. This is why we play the game - it's big games and big occasions like this. We really have to stand up as men and be counted.
The equation is there for us. We must win this weekend. We've got to be positive and I can't see any reason why we can't go and win at Stoke at the Britannia and remain in the Premier League. We've performed really well away from home recently and I can't see why we can't continue the same performances away from home.

The studen Union is where the police will direct us from the train station. 5 mins walk from the ground and £1.80 a pint apparently.

All this talk of 4-5-1/4-2-3-1 is redundant. Barring injuries we all know he'll start the same shape and side as he did against West Brom. Might not be the worst ploy in the world in this situation, opening up and stretching the game so we might fluke the first goal. These won't be the reasons for Coyle using this formation though......

We could put a print out of next years monthly pay slips on in the changing room for the other half...boltonboris wrote:That QPR pitch invasion should be on a constant loop on every TV at the training ground..

Re: Day of Destiny/Doomsday: Stoke away
Were they? Bale? Nani? Silva? Sinclair? How many of those were regular top performers in a top division at 19, let alone in a side as bad as ours?boltonboris wrote:I'm in the same boat as BWFCinsane on this.

I'm not saying he's great or anything, but his career is hardly beyond hope. Jack Wilshere is the exception not the rule.
