Bloody typical. Can't catch a break. I wonder why SKD isn't taking that one. Can't say SKD is the best penalty taker but you'd think that he'd be the one taking control and grabbing it.

went off for some lunch (yeah - late lunch) - still 1 down...

heard r5 report that we had equalised...

and I have to admit that for the very first time in my bolton-supporting career - stretching back 40yrs - my gut reaction was one of disappointment...

that's very sad...

Was in the car listening to Jack Deardon whilst the penalty was being taken. Never hit the steering wheel so hard as I did then! How can he score from 22 yards out with people in front of him, then miss from 12 yards with just the keeper.

Pressure. He's a good player when not under lots of pressure. When it get tough or the pressure is really on, he's a bottler. This is why he never made it at Utd.
