Couple of yoof updates
can't seem to find another thread and the loan one that was stickied.
Anyway, Sampson has joined Accrington Stanley (who are they?) on a month's loan: http://www.bwfc.co.uk/news/article/samp ... 21876.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Zak Woodland, part of the table-topping academy side, has been called up to the England u18 squad - http://www.bwfc.co.uk/news/article/wood ... 22101.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Woo!

Re: Couple of yoof updates
A 4-0 win for the u18s at the weekend, away at the Academy of Football West Ham. Goals from Newby, Woodland, Clough and Iliev.
Played eight, won seven, drawn one. Clear at the top by six points.
Lovely stuff.

Iliev was on the bench for the U21's on Thursday - will try and keep an eye out for any being 'promoted' over the next few months.

Re: Couple of yoof updates
Thanks for the updates, it's good to hear from those close by how the youth is shaping up.
Considering there's no stickied youth thread, and the erstwhile reserves are now a much more youth-focused 'Development Squad' (even if that sounds like a crap home makeover show), I wonder if it's worth posting U18 info in the Development of the Reserves thread...

Re: Couple of yoof updates
It probably went down in the Bristol City match thread but I thought I'd throw in the mention of Tom Eaves scoring twice for Bristol Rovers at the weekend. Thinks he's scored three for them in total now. Good start!
Re: Couple of yoof updates
Gasheads seem happy with him, certainly...

Re: Couple of yoof updates
Tom Eaves scored again tonight for Bristol Rovers as they lost 3-1 to Wimbledon. That it his third goal in two games and four in four.
Do not trust atoms. They make up everything.

Gavin was the keeper from the 90's. He was a saver not a saviour.

It wasn't funny 1,200 posts ago, it's really lame now.

My lad was officiating at the U14s Man City v Bolton game today and sadly we lost 4-0 but if it wasn't for a 4-goal performance from a City wonderkid we were a real match for them. Jussi was there watching his lad play in goal for us.

How about re-reading your post. Then if you're none the wiser read it again. If you're still stumped, you might ask Mrs Beckham to enlighten you.bwfcdan94 wrote:The sad thing is i cannot understand what i have done wrong here.jaffka wrote:He can't because he will be a banned poster and so that person is now stuck in this tired jokebobo the clown wrote:Dan, really.
