BWFC: Bogdan, Mears, Knight, Wheater, Baptiste, Medo, Spearing, Pratley, Chung-Yong, Ngog, Beckford

Subs: Lonergan, Mills, Tierney, Hall, C Davies, Moritz, Eagles

Blackburn: Kean, Kane, Spurr, Hanley, Lowe, King, Dunn, Rhodes, Marshall, Dann, Cairney

Subs: Eastwood, Kilgallon, Best, Taylor, Morris, Judge, Evans
Tierney on the bench and Baptiste at left back? That's an odd one.

What do people reckon are we playing 3 at back with Baptiste Wheats and Knight and with mears on wing? or if were playing Baptiste at left back

So everyone is fit enough to at least make the bench then? Eagles as a 60 minute sub might go in our favour.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

It's absolutely vital that we make it to the half time mark with the scores at least level so I think we'll be really tight and defensive for the first 45-60 mins and then try to branch out by bringing more creativity like Eagles/Moritz onto the pitch.

Heart says 1-2 to us, Head says 2-0 to them :(

I'd be happy with a clean sheet today.

With the formation he's picked, they'll do us out wide, same as last week. He's tightened it up through the middle but FFS no cover on the wings !! I can see this as a rout for them. Hope I'm wrong, but quickly losing the belief :hang: :hang: :hang:

SSN saying the same.
Like so many match previews, copy-pasted from ageing internet posts.

Presumably Baptiste at left-back. Then Medo and Spearing holding, Pratley in that weird ersatz wideish-right position (although at least Mears can theoretically overlap), Chungy cutting in from the left and Ngog in that No.10 position that's going to change the world.

Come on you Whites.

Pratley has started wide right of a midfield four for Bolton. Chungy on the left. (3) 0-0

Should have scored Beckford, not taking chances like that is criminal in this division.

Why did we just pass to their keeper? We can't pass to each other as nicely as that

Agreed, We should be one up now, Beckford chose to side foot it at the keeper instead of bury it.

And it was a great ball through by N'gog.
