The Peacocks are coming to get roasted!
Forty one games left, one hundred and twenty three points on offer, one hundred and twenty five points achievable.
I don't see what the problem is.
McDermott must be bricking it.
No way are we losing four on the spin, this is a nailed on home win. Get your money on, every penny you can muster.

That's the beauty of it. The good times are never more than 90 minutes away and there's always one on the horizon.
Just ask a Chester City fan.

I thought we were playing Leeds next?

Reamed. 4-0.
But Dougie will feel that we did enough to win the game, so that's ok.

Performance will be terrible, but somehow we'll get a winner. Probably 2-1 or 1-0, which willrather frustratingly seem to be vindication of our defence. Every dog has his day.

2-3. Will be the better side, but will concede goals due to rubbish defending. Assuming the defensive line up is the same.

There's some of us y'know who aren't exactly moaners, rather we've been plunged into a pool of despondency. Is that alright with you, or is it some sort of North Korean "you must enjoy yourself" regime now?IggyTheDawgster wrote:I think we'll win this 2-0, Hall and Beckford, Put on a good performance and shut some of the moaners up.

It's getting us nowhere but rotting the club from the inside out before we've even had a chance.

This one is Dougie's big chance to turn things around. Throughout the post captain cluelesss part of last season we were a different team at home and unbeatable at the Reebok, yeah, our home form so far is pretty shite but those were two very tough games to start us off. Reading who are the club who hold the points record for this division and were lifting the trophy a year and a half ago and QPR who have enough money to be in this division with Brazil's first choice goalkeeper on their books...
We'll see Eagles back for this one for sure, adding some desperately needed creativity to the squad and with an international break to sort the squad (cant believe many of our lads have impressed international managers that much to be called up), I think an ugly, back to basics, battled for, 1-0, is not unrealistic.

Re: The Peacocks are coming to get roasted!
We have 2 games in 4 days at home so it's going to be a massive week along with the away game in the same week away at Brighton.
Have a feeling things will happen before the Leeds game with the captaincy going to Spearing for a start. I can also see some people moving out.
I think we will bounce back and win a tight game. Leeds are decent enough and will play to win and make it an end to end game.

Tough to beat, unbeaten yes. Unbeatable far from it, we could easily have lost a couple of those games, particularly against Brighton. Tough to beat would do me again. Even another draw would do given what we've been like. Sad but true.Jez wrote:This one is Dougie's big chance to turn things around. That shitter of a month has gone.
The only way we can go is up so feck it I'm predicting a 3-0 win to Bolton. We'll all be full of optimism and have the rest of the season to look forward to.
We are the one and only Wanderers!

We're domed. But we'll win 2-0. If we don't, I can never, ever, ever, go in my local again, as I'm still gloating about sending the dirty b*star*s down.
