There's no way they'll be able to pick up Dannsy on set-pieces.
Re: Looks like Blackpool have been 'analysing' our players..
Hasn't he gone back to Leicester?

Not according to another thread.

Re: Looks like Blackpool have been 'analysing' our players..
Is this the match thread then? I'd have gone with something like 'Is the Blackpool Belle about to Toll for Dougie?' or summat.
Anyway.
Listening to his comments the other day about the u-21 being shite makes me think he'll go for a pretty much as close to 'as you were' you'll ever get with Freedman.
That means wholescale changes up front, in the middle and Christ knows what he'll do at the back.
I've got a four hour journey down and a five hour journey back for this one (Thank you Richard Branston) so while I'm normally happy if we play well I'll certainly be raging if we capitulate again.
Last years 2-2 was pretty exciting and I hope we put as much effort in against the Seasiders.
It's going to bedlam on that train back to Preston isn't it?
Anyway here's to another £100.00+ flushed down the kharzi.

I'm not asking you to 'think outside the box' I just wish you'd have a rummage around in it once in a while.

I reckon Hayden White might get a game at full-back, possible rest for Ream?

Needs to play a strong team. Hardly like he hasn't been rotating anyway.
Beckford back in for Mason, who's gone
Danns in (in the moonlight) for maybe Pratley
Someone, shurely, in for Knight unless both player and manager have balls of iron
Personally I'd always pair Ream with Mills and choose full-backs where we can find them, even if Tom Ince is a decent winger
I'm still not convinced Ream's a full-back

Mason gone back ??Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:Beckford back in for Mason, who's gone
Hadn't seen that before.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Certainly hope so. he's done nothing apart from a flukey goal. Been used all wrong as well, he's better off elsewhere and we need to get Beckford back in. Ngog seems to be back in favour as well. Maybe he'll start trying now to impress his next club, the gutless nice person.bobo the clown wrote:Mason gone back ??Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:Beckford back in for Mason, who's gone

Re: Looks like Blackpool have been 'analysing' our players..
Too be fair to Mason, I think he's a decent player but we played completely the wrong game for him. He rarely got the ball at his feet, instead had to jump up at long balls whilst fending off a 7ft defender while he himself was only 2 ft tall. He does more work off the ball than Beckford, but I do feel Beckford is more liley to get a goal. I think Mason alongside a Cravies type of player would be really good, but as Cravies has disappeared into the Bermuda Triangle then that was never going to happen.LeverEnd wrote:Certainly hope so. he's done nothing apart from a flukey goal. But DF is such a stubborn bellend with his 1 up top that there is literally no point in having Mason, and there never was.

Just very, very weird.LeverEnd wrote:But DF is such a stubborn bellend with his 1 up top that there is literally no point in having Mason, and there never was.
Unless he shrank on the drive up. Utterly misused and, it seems, was always going to be.

Think I'll be going to this with my mate who has just got back from 7 months in Australia. Would be only my 2nd game of the season, and I've just realised I haven't been to the 'bok since before Nat's statue was revealed!

See what you mean but tweeting a link to a story on the site is a better way to reach the people who care than just putting it up on the site and hoping they happen by just-in-case.bobo the clown wrote:A fckg tweet. notBigSam @TheBig_Sam 2 Jan
Still furious at Kevin Nolan. Made him piss into his hands then splash it onto his disgraceful face like putrid cologne. That'll learn him.
notBigSam @TheBig_Sam 2 Jan
I almost made him ejaculate & use his own Sex Yop as a hellish face balm. But I didn't. Big Sam masters the very art of drawing the line.
