Oh, that's him scoring a fecking panfull this afternoon after he's had that little number stuck to his peg then. He's scored three in his last four.
I read that through my fingers. Honestly amazing ... not to mention disrespectful.

I'm sure he doesn't mean to say these things, but wtf ???

Get in the way I think.

So we are today playing both Danns and the player who Freedman plays "in the Danns role".

Anyway .... the 4-4-2 revolution which "I always wanted to play, if only I'd had the players" seems to have stopped. But no ... he never contradicts himself, it's just me making it up.

Someone will be claiming he never said he didn't like the loan system as it just got people fit for their parent club, next.

now you're getting it!

tell me - what precisely did Freedman say about Trotter and the "Dann's role"?

did he say something like:

"Trotter can only play in the Dann's role and there can only be one of those players on the pitch"

or did he simply say something like:

"Trotter is capable of playing the Dann's role."

if you can produce anything like the former - then you'd have a case for a contradiction in both of them being picked at the same time.. if it's the latter (as I suspect) - then (again) you're barking up a potato-tree...

also - saying you don't really like the loan system - and then using it isn't really a contradiction either.. if it is the best legal solution to a problem you have at the time - then you'll use it - but can at the same time not really like it... that's not contradictory at all...

Bobo's report: must do better - he can, and he knows it - he just needs to apply the more-than-adequate brain he has!

Dropping Danns for Trotter (ridiculous enough in itself) was justified by saying that he had asked Trotter to fulfil the role Danns plays .... while Danns himself (the real one) was left on the bench to watch the lumbering jackass.

In this instance not contradictory. Just fckg bizarre.

His statement that he didn't believe in the loan system and then proceeded to have almost half his first XI here on loan is, I believe, contradictory. However, I have better things to do than jump to your "prove it" demand. I have grass to cut ... with scissors.

neither is contradictory... you don't like gardening - you have said so - but you do it... it's just life and what you do to make the world you live in (in your case - your marriage!) work!

enjoy your gardening you grumpy and contrary-for-the-sake-of-it old git!

This is from the Evening news after the Brighton game...
Liam Trotter seemed to struggle in the role he was being asked to play and Wanderers struggled to find any width in midfield.
Freedman held up his hands after the final whistle but says January signing Trotter will recover from a difficult day.
“Everyone has a bad day at the office,” he said.
“We’d asked him to do a role similar to Dannsy and I’ve got to look at myself for that, to be honest.
“The game didn’t pan out like we’d hoped and maybe we needed to stretch it a little bit wider.
And this was the team for the Brighton game. Where Dannsy was on the bench as a substitute. The cock didn't even bring Dannsy on when he took Trotter off. Presumably Hall is his second choice after Trotter for the Dannsy role.

Bolton Wanderers
01 Bogdan
03 Hutton
15 Baptiste
06 Spearing
31 Wheater (Danns - 80' )
05 Ream
44 Kamara
17 Trotter (Hall - 52' )
29 Jutkiewicz
26 Mason
27 Lee (Moritz - 72' )
Substitutes
11 Hall
12 Knight
14 Moritz
18 Danns
25 Vela
37 Lee-Barrett
41 Threlkeld
Businesswoman of the year.

It's easy. He's there to stop Mason thinking he's of any importance. Could be Juke he replaces next week. All depends on today...
