Re: Dead Deadline Day
Surely you mean N'gog?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Re: Dead Deadline Day
dougie got all his transfer business done early - just as he said he would...
Re: Dead Deadline Day
Could do a lot worse than getting Ngog & Eagles back on low wages . *dons tin hat*

Rasiak's on his way.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Anyone seen Harry yet? The whole day wouldn't be the same without this...

Yep. He's after Danny Dervitto as cover for Ferdinand.

Re: Dead Deadline Day
btw Burnley have signed George Boyd from Hull - so the Mail got at least that bit of their double-swoop correct.
Mavies next?
Mavies next?
Re: Dead Deadline Day
I think I'd rather have an injured Mark Davies around as it at least is an absent but potential spring of hope in the very visible and dry desert of poor first touches and misplaced passes.

Looks like there is something in it.
I'm tired of waiting for Davies to live up to his talent. Not bothered either way.

Perhaps we can swap him for Vaz Te - I believe his year is due.

Re: Dead Deadline Day
I'll be gutted to see him go, as he won't be replaced and he's the only player with genuine ability in the middle.
Not arsed about balance sheets or any shit like that, I'm a fan, so I only give a shit what happens on the pitch. His imminent return was/is, the only hope I can muster for any improvement

Re: Dead Deadline Day
Anyway. I object to this thread as an underhanded way to prematurely end the transfer thread that saw off Zat knight and David Ngog
Re: Dead Deadline Day
Surely a Juke type striker could give us hope though? I'd love to see Mavies at his best but it happens too rarely. Ideally I'd like to keep him, get a decent manager in to get the best out of him, but I just see more injuries and disappointments in reality.boltonboris wrote:I'll be gutted to see him go, as he won't be replaced and he's the only player with genuine ability in the middle.

Word is, having been such a resounding success at Swansea, NGog is on his way to Reims (2nd bottom of French top league).
Zat is...still available (amazon' that, innit?)
And, blast...(or should that be groz?) from the past - Blackpool want El Hadji Diouff.
