This is going to be cataclysmic.
Not sure a Matt Mills hoof can be counted as any sort of victory.

'tis a Pop video with references to girls with fat bottoms. Not sure how draconian they are about pop culture.

Given the performances so far I can imagine the players sat in the dressing room quaking in their boots like a group of young soldiers waiting to go over the top on the Somme. They'll be a couple of players going 'round telling everyone it's going to be 'ok' but you'll still see the fear in his eyes.

Remember when Chelsea came to Burn...

Why am I even torturing myself remembering the good times? They're gone now.
I'm not asking you to 'think outside the box' I just wish you'd have a rummage around in it once in a while.

Far more fun than we'll have at Chelsea

Spot the "face" in the crowd that you wouldn't get away with these days (0:32)

Bolllocks. First thought it had sold out because I couldn't find away tickets on the website. Then figured out that they were only selling them by phone for some reason, so got on the phone and turns out Chelsea aren't doing collections, the fecking bastards, so would have to pick up from Bolton Central which obviously isn't happening. They don't half make it hard to watch football!

Are we on telly?

That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

Live game tomorrow is Spurs-Forest (Liverpool-Boro tonight). There's 10 games tonight and 6 tomorrow so there's a reasonable chance we'll get decent highlights, if only the inevitable goals, on BBC One at 11.05pm tomorrow and presumably here.

DF's presser is being tweeted now. Bogdan, Trotter & Wheater still out but "We will rotate our squad. It's a chance for some of our more senior players to get some valuable game time."

This was the team when we beat them 2-1 at Stamford Bridge

Jaaskelainen, Hunt, N'Gotty, Charlton, Gardner, Frandsen, Djorkaeff (Pedersen 86), Okocha, Campo, Nolan (Giannakopoulos 62), Davies.
Subs not used: Poole, Barness, Ba.

Tickets now off-sale. 850 of our folks will be there, presumably all watching between their fingers.

Jaaskelainen, Faye, Ben Haim, N'Gotty, Jaidi, Giannakopoulos, Speed (Nakata 46), Nolan, Diouf, Davies (Fernandes 75), Pedersen (Gardner 42).
Subs Not Used: Walker, Borgetti.

granted - no Campo - but Speed was an able deputy! 8)

that midfield of campo, stelios, JJ, Nolly and youri is a distant (wet) dream!

but then - we got dicked 5-1 with a defensive lineup of Jaheedi, Bruno, BenHaim and AT's twin...

and we won't concede 5 this week...

That wouldn't be my point really. They were good to watch and entertained. They were Bolton Wanderers to be proud of.

Yeah. But back here on planet earth, that team wasn't losing to everyone else apart from Rotherham and Bury.

Y'know, for balance.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Aye, nor was that team and formation picked using a bingo machine and dartboard.

With the exception of fatso of course.
They're dirty, they're filthy, they're never gonna last.
Poor man last, rich man first.
