Anyway ... a club who can afford to let Mason go must be absolutely brilliant !!
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Two spare tickets for this one as I've bust my knee and will struggle to get there. Pm me if you want them.

With only 3 recognised strikers to pick from, I wouldn't be too surprised if he started with Beckford again tomorrow.
1-1 draw

Cardiff have yet to win away from home this season (D4, L3), so we all know what's coming .....

Eluned's coming.
I just thought you'd like to know that.

I wonder if Bogdan will make it to the bench for this one.

Re: Dragon slayers! - Cardiff City (H) 04/11/14
Anyway... time to wake this thread up. What would YOU pick? Not a guess at Lenny's line-up, but your XI...
Assuming Cardiff haven't given prior written consent (as per Football League rule 52.5, m'lud) for McNaughton or Mason to play, I'd keep Threlkeld at right-back – he didn't look notably worse than others. At risk of howling derision I might bring Moxey in for Ream as I think he adds more attacking width, and I'd be playing a fairly narrow-diamond 4-4-2 with Spearing behind Mavies and Danns (just about...) and Chungy at the point. Up top, Cravies and Clayton; Beckford might get a chance off the bench to run his and Cardiff's bollocks off.
Anyway, that's one idea. What's yours?

"Lennon will again be without Kevin McNaughton and Joe Mason – the loan pair ineligible against their parent club." Today's B.N.

Cheers.
Be interesting to see if NL gives Beckford one (last?) chance, with Clayton on the bench – assuming two up top as per NL's only other home game. Also assuming Clayton's behind Cravies in the order, which isn't the way he played it at Norwich...

I'm sure two weeks ago, he wasn't looking for any new players at all. Now he's "always looking".... Didn't think it'd take too long

With Kevin Mc-No-ton and Noe Mason missing not in action we’ll probably leek goals and have a woolly attitude up front. Let’s hope the massed welsh choir are not celebrating us chasing the dragons by them belting out a chorus of bluebirds over the white men of LLoegyr and instead we end up rubbing salt into their cheesy rarebits.
Sadly I predict… 0 v 1
