As an aside, when you look at Companies House website for Burnden Leisure Ltd, it shows the latest accounts filing as "Next Accounts Due 31/03/2015: OVERDUE"

Listening to McGinlay coming back from todays game v Norwich he said that there was an announcement due in the next week or 2 about a financial investment into the club. He wouldn't give any further details.

The accounts suggested there were some talks "at an advanced stage". It didn't read like takeover though, rather "additional funding streams"
