I think nobody expected anything today results wise, but you have to keep it out for 20 minutes or so then see what happens. Playing 3 at the back with a young lad in there, a system we have seen simply doesn't work for us is madness.

Why Vela was asked to play right wing back is also beyond me as Wilson would seem an ideal wing back. But whatever. Everyone makes mistakes. But Lennon must not repeat this. After the experiments towards the end of last season I'm a bit worried that he doesn't seem to be learning or is just stubborn.
He HAS done this before. On multiple occasions. This is almost Muamba-Coyle territory.

So, we're all set for the cunning plan. How shocked they're going to be when we cast off the camoflage and turn the artillery on them. They won't be expecting that...Part II will be a revelation.....

We'll all soon be telling stories about the time we won a game in august. Another season another shambolic start.

I like Lennon, but this endless tinkering is both frustrating and irritating. Know your best team and put them out every week. Change players, not systems when injuries dictate. I'm hoping he's making changes for the start of the second half.

What position does Anthony Axford play? I don't think he'll be playing today anyway, but Spearing looks to have left the fray for young Clough. And now....give us a clue what's happening lads? Heskey gets a mention but it's Mark Davies who loses out to a trio of Smoggies. And.....lads have a chat and then they assault us in numbers..4 on 1? Gee, what's happening lads? Downing offside twice in two minutes four passes from us but....they clear. It is being said that they are too fast for us, well, I don't believe that....Lennon has decided to come out to the bench.

Throw, Danns, Clough.....cleared...deep throw them and....we lose it then gain it back and lose it again. Amos leaps out like a gazelle as the Smoggie fans have a sing-song.

it's still early days... but I'm just beginning to wonder if Lennon is a bit out of his depth in English football...

Might be a bit harsh from me, but I'm thinking of that game at Norwich where the wee fella was hauled off at HT and not seen again for months. By all accounts he played well last week but it feels like Lennon might only trust JS to do a very specific job in very specific circumstances - a bit of a blow considering he's presumably our highest earner now. I still feel sure Lennon would happily drive him to a buying club, or one who'd loan him on full salary.

Must have missed any compliments but we now get a free kick as Ayala complains he plays for the home side and shouldn't be punished. And now....wide to Danns, Moxxey, Feeney....and we lose it. They pay a visit to our box and....get a throw off Holden. And now we get the ball and...lose it then get it back only to give it away. Exciting stuff this as Clough goes down and the homers are "toying with us" . Amost has to "slap one away" for a corner. Heskey clears and it all sounds very one-sided. Now's the time to strike lads....Come on....

We sally forth and...they sally right back at us. "!Great news, Bury are winning 2-0...." oh goodie. 524 faithful White souls lost somewhare in the fog. They come again and Clough goes and gets a shot in. Corner and.....poor. Moxey clears and Feeney gets swamped into submission. Now throw us. And....cleared before we get a free kick for Lord knows what and...Clough shows some class before we get a throw. And Fabrini leaves the greensward, job done from him and...? comes on..Heskey goes close.....hello.....

They've just replaced Kike (unpopular but scored twice today) with new striker Stuani (scored twice in midweek).

Bit of possesion befor Feeny gets the plaudits for an "awful" ball. Adoma loses out to Amos. Davies starts it off and gets involved...Clough, Moxey....and Heskey gets a facefull of Adidas high-foot leather and goes to grass. Come on lads....now's the time...and Walker replaces....Feeney to very few tears.

We go with a free and.....Clough loses out. Throw them. Veal, Walker...Downing slides him and they come right back at us. Third sub them as Foreshaw appears for Adoma., Nugent not even needed apparently. Some ping and pong before we get it away. Moxey goes and .....now they come again and Holden gets in in time.

We go visiting and Clough does well but no support for Heskey. Now Vela, Danns....and a throw us. Here they come again and....should have walked it in....apparently and then Friend gets the offfside flag. Quarter hour left and four to score....well, maybe only three for a point?
Commentators rambling about anything but the game before......wait for it...Wison replaces Holden. Now stand by..... :|

Heskey offside and a free to them....Do we get the feeling that we aren't worrying them. Free kick us and...."abject" says the mic man. We have a bit of pxssing about (sorry play), mic men have a chat and Bury have lost one back. Ledbitter bamboozles Dans and we're about to see if four mil Nugent can add to the score.

Nugent gets a mention and they get a throw. Cross and...some possession from them and it just might be that we aren't going to win this one. Boro getting the plaudits as we lose the ball and it's all becoming rather ominous as whistle time approaches..... Has their keeper had a real save to make? Oh, tragedy as Bury lose another goal and a 2-0 lead becomes a draw. And now......is this it......and Walker gives away a free kick. Three mins to go. 54-46 is the claimed possession ratio as they win a corner and Danns does a solo. Free us and Dervite is our furthest forward White. All to nought as the fog creeps in and disguises a Nugent almost.

All over and 3-0 down.
