They've also got speed on either side of them - it's not like we've got Joey O'Brien on one flank and Gavin McCann on the other. Hopefully, if we can get our confidence up and start feeding the wingers, it will turn defences and create space for YoungZach and TheGoalMachine.Jugs wrote:What we need is Madine and Clough to establish a mutual rhythm. There's no doubt that Madine's off-performances are partly down to Clough being out of sorts, and perhaps even vice-versa. They haven't gelled yet, which is leaving us a bit toothless and unconfident up top.

Yup, the conditions are certainly there for them both to flourish.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:They've also got speed on either side of them - it's not like we've got Joey O'Brien on one flank and Gavin McCann on the other. ^^ sounds like an oncoming case of thrush (so I'm told).
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

It's an Arctic Monkeys song, and a quick Google search says that Arctic Monkeys are Sheffield Wednesday fans.Bijou Bob wrote:Wtf was that music??! Aaaaaargh, my ears!

Won't be around this afternoon or evening and thus not on line tonight. I'll stick in a COME ON YOU WHITES now then...

Not to depress anyone or anything but apparently it's ten years to the day since our first ever European game.
Hmm.
Hmm.

If we win 2-0 and Madine doesn't bag that hat trick, he can feck off. Useless bag of shi.t.

Well last minute thing but my daughter and her partner have just asked me if I want to go to Toby Carvery and then to the match, so that's me sorted - off I go!!
