The Pissing-Conduit run Nothing but Claret. Burrnla A 17/10

Post by Bruce Rioja » Mon Oct 05, 2015 9:01 pm

Better just get this in good and early ;)

Burnley: Won 5 and drawn 1, lost 1 of their last 7 games.

Bolton: Won 1, drawn 4, lost 2.

That's us fecked again then. Unless, our game management manager sorts out our game management rather than complaining about it.

To lose to Burnley is like being battered by a baseball bat!
To be fair through, they wouldn't have a clue which one of their many hands to hold it in!

I believe the thread author is responsible for identifying the pub, setting a meeting time and deciding whether it's inside or outdoors.

Lennon presser quotes via official Twitter, https://twitter.com/OfficialBWFC/status ... 4372749312" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; et passim
Zach Clough remains out long term. Dean Moxey is a doubt with his ongoing toe injury, but other than that we're looking good.

I felt Shola [Ameobi] was similar to Gary and Emile. He looked very good but finances are tight. The search for a centre-forward continues.

To score three goals at QPR and come away with nothing was very hard to take. We played quite well.

That was the first time we've conceded late on for quite a while. The manner of the goal was very frustrating.

We're the architects of our own downfall at times. That is something we need to work on.

It'll be a decent crowd at Burnley. They are a good side with a good manager and have kept the majority of their squad.

It's been tougher here that I imagined it would be. The improvement has been slow but we feel there has been improvement.

Our players are itching to go after the QPR defeat. We now know we can score goals away from home.

We're looking for a reaction v Burnley. They'll be a tougher nut to crack but we want to set up for the two home games.

We want to stabilise ourselves in the Championship then work our way up. Hopefully the finances will be there to improve the squad.

We're working hard on the training ground. We need to find that little bit extra to get games over the line then results will come.
