Just found out I'm working tomorrow so will be a flurry of arms and words trying to finish in time for a disappointing 0-1.

From what Lennon says about Bratten not quite being up to speed I doubt he'll start. Might not even make the bench, but who knows? Mind games in play? Anyway, it's all immaterial; we'll win and up our goals scored rate by a shedfull. Official. 4-0 us. :D

2-1 to Preston....yet another loss for the ship that is sinking at an alarming rate.

Correct I was, but it never lasts !! that was based on us signing a new midfielder who sounded like he can actually play a bit and him actually playing in the game. However, Lennon has said that our new Aussie isn't ready for the 1st team (which saying he's only here till January is surprising to say the least, why bring him here ?) - therefore we are back to the usual bunch of shite league 1 level players who I can't stand (Danns & Feeney) and an ambling lazy 'can't be arsed' Pratley who Lennon must think are ready !!

I really hope I'm proved wrong but I now have absolutely zero faith in Neil Lennon's ability to turn this around any time soon or even worse our players actually giving a toss and playing for the manager and supporters & actually putting in a 90 minute performance, of the type that we last saw in Lennon's 1st few games last October (12 months ago !)

I was actually being positive with the 2-1 Preston, as I was going to put 3-0 Preston.

Top answer....3-0 it is then!

(I reckon it'll be 1-1)

I've just browsed through a few posts on here and developed 5 symptoms of anxiety :P Anyone would think we were bottom of the league the way you lot are carrying on! (I developed denial a few days ago).

Yeah, it's pretty rubbish, though, that Mavies says he's fit only for Lennon to play it down. And with the Aussie also not ready, it looks like we're going to tough it out with players in the middle of the park who are not performing. That said, I'd like to see Spearing back in the fold if he's ready, and I'd like to see Vela played further forward to see what he can do from there. Might be worth a try.

In any case, I echo what mostly everyone's saying, and I do fear for us tomorrow. It's probably going to be a bore-fest, though one can only hope that we get all 3 points.

Out of interest why would it be famous ?

Because its so long since we last won or the fact that we've actually won a game full stop !

"Here I Stand" by the Milltown Brothers was theme song for the TV programme All Quiet On The Preston Front. I once got into discussion with the band in an Italian restaurant in Soho - we talked about football. I'm taking that as an omen. We'll win 6-0. 8) #keepthefaith

supremely confident to the point of near-certainty (that we won't win 6-0)
