Where fellow sufferers gather to share the pain, longing and unrequited transfer requests that make being a Wanderer what it is...

Not sure why Clarke is wanting to go to Fulham, Reading have been pretty good to him considering his results for a while were pretty rubbish but have picked up because the owners invested in the squad (sounds like a good idea, has anyone at the Macron considered that!?!)...

And Pearson would be an odd choice in that he surely would prefer a Premier League job (unless his mad antics have closed doors for him) and with Reading having Thai owners as well, considering how he lost his last job...

I reckon you've got the better deal there, daib0. Although he seems to have some issues, Pearson's a better manager than Clarke.

Last time I was there we lost 7-1

We cheered the 1 like we'd won the game.

Reading fans were left very confused.

Aye, we'll back the team. But they need to show us they're worth backing.

Time to step up boys.........

I was actually a little disappointed when we pulled one back. I wanted the stain of a 7-0 gubbing to go on Freedman's record an hopefully hasten his departure.

Hi guys, you'll know by now I'm a Reading fan who does the 'outreach' work for Royals Rendezvous but never ever cause trouble on any oppo forum. Just to tell you one of our team, called Number_13, has done a great match presentation looking ahead to the weekend but with far more info on the Wanderers than on my Royals, so if any of you would like to look in, it's right here: http://royalsrendezvous.co.uk/topic/10384437/1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Any questions for us just put them on this thread and I'll do my best to give a sincere answer, I'll look in daily
Cheers,
daib0 (David)

Aye, nothing left to do but adopt gallows humour at that one.

I remember seeing more folk than Frank swinging their shirts aloft. I couldn't stop laughing at the result on the return bus to the station.

Thanks for that!
They have 7 separate goal scorers this season (4 from midfield) showing that they can score from multiple positions
Aye, the crowd, most likely.

Having watched Luke Bratton in the U21s on Monday night I'd like to see him at least on the bench. He his ability to pass the ball is one of the best I've seen in a white shirt for many a year .

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Diab0 - What happened with Zat Knight? Did he get a game for you?

PS. He's the worst footballer I've ever seen in my entire life!

Yes he's exactly the type that we need in midfield - but even if he does break into the 1st team Lennon will play him at Right Back.
