Well, Anthony Axford's (good for wood) are still sponsoring the broadcast on Tower and the lad (in the studio) is saying daft things like " Bolton's first win". Meanwhile out at the venue not much complimentary is being said about the host's grand. We're off anyway so, COME ON YOU WHITES...

Quick corner and a header that whistles past our post. Free kick off Pratley (for them) and Vela and Clough playing up at the sharp end? Moxey sets us off and Clough gets a soft free kick. And it comes to naught but Wollery manages to get a corner after a bit of pace. Clears everybody for a throw from Walker. They come, we clear and TRrotter loses out but we go...before they come fast and get an effort that Amos saves. Throw them and.....
Wollery is sounding lively before they get the ball back. Throw us near our flag. Fulham have a goal. Corner them now and.....and....Judge gets one in that's blocked. Again and....they get another free kick for a foul on Judge. Hope he doesn't sentence us (boo) ....and.....Amos catches. They come again and we get the goal kick.

What's the average age of that starting XI?
Without digging out DSB's handy contract-length thingy (my dinner's nearly ready - chicken jalfrezi on a Tuesday - feck it ;) ), is that side pretty much representative of what we can expect to see next season?
Maher, Finney, Walker and Woolery are out of contract. The five grownups, plus Vela and Clough, are all still contracted next season.

Good brave choice. Let's not panic if they lose.

"Wanderers still in the game" mic man says, as M.K Dons score against Wolves. The Bees via Judge hit the bar from a cross and almost let Saunders in. Ref give the homers a free kick when he should have played advantage and the home fans not pleased. Judge getting all the mention right now.

Soft goal, but it was coming. This is like a practice match for Brentford. We're nowhere near it.

A tap in from the six yard line. Makes no matter how, we're 1-0 down and looking up the hill again. And......Vela hit the post with the keeper beaten. We almost got back in there after good play from Trotter and Vela. Amos has it now and.....bit of chat then......they come at us again and mic man praises the homers football. We go adventuring and...it's a throw them. "We are trying to play football" claims mic man. Good, now let's score a goal. Free kick them and...Judge wins it unchallenged. We get a free kick near our area. 22 gone and a soft goal down so time to strike then? Anyway, they now have a free kick and.....Amos has it. ...................Woolery goes and....we get a corner. Walker and.....and....they clear. Woolery now, Walker..throw us, Maher, and.....Clough and......a quick break makes it 2-0 them.

Is there a left back on the bench? Poor Finney is having a mare.

He's supposed to be playing centre back.

Deryk bolloxing Finney just for a bit of entertainment. Finney apparently not having a good game and......Clough fires one over the bar after a break. Here they come again and mic man reckons the Bees have a poor defence ..not that we'd notice...but anyway...Amos Wallops, bit of to and fro and ...bit of chat about this and that and...a throw us. Crowd giving us the "Oles" every time we make a pass...And then. Clough almost robs the keeper (zipped in and robbed Button) . Our corner and.....cleared downfield.

This squad has all the signs of one that will drop again next season.

Im thinking 0-5 was quite conservative :(

Was it Finney or Moxey who got brushed aside for the second? Weak as pi55 whoever it was

I'm guessing North Ferriby didn't quite scan. :hang:
