Aye, the only problem with that is that our one is shite :).

If I were being greedy shifting Amos (and his wages) would be priority number #2

There might be a problem with this, but we need to publish a Daniel Braaten type Youtube clip of anything remotely like a good set of saves, hope some scout picks it up, comes down on a day he has a blinder....

I'm thinking there might be a lot of long-odds ifs and buts in there...

After Davies? Spearing? Pratley? Or all three, bundled into an Underwhelming Midfielders deal?

F*cking Pratley. Then Amos, then Mavies. Then Spearing. Don't hate Spearing though he's obviously going to be an inefficient use of our resources. He's the only one of those 4 I'd keep if money were no obstacle.

It's interesting with Bosmen in that they usually use the lack of fee to request higher wage, which is obvz something we've been desperate to rein in. At least KA/DH seem switched on here, with relevant experience and firm good intentions.
bravo on the plural! :D

surely not, I thought to myself as I splutered my tea on the keyboard...

then - after some research - realised that he's not the same as the other Matt Taylor who we flogged off to West Ham (or somewhere!)

^^ he's at "top of the table" Burnley now.

Another for you to peruse:

Jordan Bowery (24) Centre forward (but can play Number 10 role and left/right wings) currently plying his trade for Oxford on a short term contract till summer. Not as widely regarded as Kemar Roofe. Similar pace as Woolery. 15 games played/7 goals
Pfffft.

Sadly if they don't shift this embargo we'll be signing no one, let alone a decent boss.

I thought Deano hinted that it was all in hand and due to be lifted? Has that changed, or was he blowing hot air?

Was supposed to be lifted almost immediately. Bound to put managers off while it's still there. Werent we supposex to have one by the end if last week.
Deano looks like he's getting his nose shoved out by that slimy feck* Anderson. Wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him.
All speculation of course but i believe we'll be in deep shit again before too long.

We bought Danny Shittu as a Premier League centre half...... surely we can't be the only club that's that stupid, can we?
