why would anyone want to liquidate a hotel that makes a profit (ignoring the minus point of BWFC) ?

A creditor is pushing for liquidation over unpaid bills.

Howards's biggest source of credibility, apart from his apparent knowledge in certain areas and the fact that his early narrative matched what was actually happening, was that he had convinced those who run WW that he was genuine, and they vouched for him. One would assume they would've taken reasonable steps to check his background if they were going to vouch for him, especially on such an important topic. I was frustrated when he first appeared, because I didn't trust his "facts" that were produced without explanation or evidence, and within hours hundreds of people began hanging on his every word. Then he seemed to have genuine knowledge, then his story began to fall apart, then today he sounded like an adolescent hooked on the buzz.

If Will Jones' tweet is true, then I see it as a positive rather than a negative. Ken being out of the picture means a far greater chance of any deal being done imho, If liquidation proceedings have begun(strange the Davies family would just do that on the same day they reclaimed the shares), then that process takes at least 1-2 weeks, time for someone like Michael James to come up with some way to solve this, possibly involving admin. Slim hopes but above zero with Ken driving full speed towards the cliff edge.

There is a (oft large) difference between verifying who someone is...and verifying that what they are saying is true....

Set up a new Account there and use it to ask if they can recover your old one.

There's been plenty of bollocks spouted on both sides of the "he's a c*nt" debate. I believe the username Kendack Hunt is still available.

(it's kinda cool we've gained all this new terminology - has to be said though, some of the attitudes and behaviour on there is just not cool - it was one of H's eye-opening things said that they knew the cnut (sweaty ) was known to frequent WW. Says plenty. I guess birds of a feather n'all that, I floated round a few forums before settling here for my Wanderers fix (come for the team, stay for the community:)

I can imagine our lovely chairman sitting in his deckchair on the beach at monaco/dubai/pyong yang tapping in to social media accounts laughing at how he is destroying our club, laughing at us, that he's only in it for 50p (or whatever pittance he paid).... and that no matter what .... even if the clubs liquidated .... that he will come of it quids in..... even if he doesnt make a penny from a sale he's had more than a butty from his "consultancy work"...
Its quite easy to be spiteful from a distance

What he forgets is that some people in this world don't forgive and forget...... if he hangs round long enough I've got no doubts that what goes round will come round again and ....................

Given his previous transgressions are a matter of public record, I'd hope that on completion of any change of ownership (or Admin/Liquidation event), everything was fully and forensically examined, so that his good name could be maintained.
