That we're way beyond administration, which would cost £20mill+ - looking liquidation (!) square in the face.Enoch wrote: ↑Sat Mar 16, 2019 12:26 amJim_McDonuts wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2019 9:33 pmPresuming we're all in on the wandersway thread then?

That Basran et al don't have the necessary funds.
That there will be drama on courtroom steps [again (+ action on Tuesday when all the creditors start to get twitchy)].
That's there's an alternate bid who've bypassed Ken's Krew entirely and appear to have a possible deal with the Davies family.
"money talks, wealth whispers"
- this Howard dude is a pretty interesting character, has to be said. There's also a couple of interesting/seemingly-knowledgeable people on there (wonder if Worthy's one of 'em tbh) but he's the one 'dropping science'.
Liquidation LIQUIDATION (is looking defo on the cards) - without wishing to appear alarmist, today could be our last ever game as BWFC.
Just let that, even as an outside possibility, sink in for a moment.
Morning!

Re: Ken Anderson - New Owner (Definitely. For Now ..... )
After lately watching re-runs of our days of European adventures with Jussi, Joofy, Bruno, Stelios, Campo, Gardner, Nakata, Borgetti, Nolan, Davies etc, etc, this utter shambles we have really does make me want to cry. We can't re-run the past, but was it all for this? I really do wonder just how many billionaires, millionaires and just filthy rich folk involved in football, agencies, media, T.V etc have got that way without ever kicking a ball in their lives? Must be thousands and we can't pay our players wages....

No Sir. On the odd occasion I've posted on WW it's as W4E.
I guess the difference between anything I post and what Howard is posting, is that anything I post is generally a matter of public record (it's in the accounts etc.), I'm not claiming to be "connected" nor have any inside insights. Much of what Howard is posting seems feasible/possible but some of it clearly not in public domain.
Was interesting last time that the info that Deano was going with a Wonga style payday loan came out of backfield.
The notion that Anderson owns the shares but effectively Davies estate owns most of the debt (and therefore assets) is entirely credible. I actually don't think this was by accident, I think it was an asset strip safety net.

I think every single Wanderers fan on the planet would dearly love for ED to shaft KA&Krew at the last - every. single. one. + for us to come out the other side in a better position than the last few yeas would be, well, dreamsville. Equally we're staring at a nightmare scenario barely believable.Worthy4England wrote: ↑Sat Mar 16, 2019 12:46 pmNo Sir. On the odd occasion I've posted on WW it's as W4E.

Re: Ken Anderson - New Owner (Definitely. For Now ..... )
It still disturbs me how Howard has arrived from nowhere, states everything as though it is a clear cut fact with no qualifiers, no evidence and at least some questionable information. The football creditors rule for example, where Howard states that unsecured creditors must receive 25% in the case of administration.
This article was written in 2016, following the rule change in the 2015 EFL agm. It might have changed again since. and the bolded bit scrapped, I am struggling to find the relevant provision in the actual EFL rules. but there is no suggestion anywhere that any change has been made since 2016?
I wish more people on there would ask for actual links and evidence. This is no time to misinform people...
https://www.lawinsport.com/topics/featu ... -directionThe Football Creditors Rule would be preserved. Football creditors would then continue to be paid in full in the event of the club’s insolvency before the club is readmitted to the League.
However, an additional requirement is imposed that other creditors must receive at least 25 pence in the pound (or 35 pence in the pound if paid over three years). A failure to meet this obligation could result in a further 15-point deduction for the club.
