Re: Tickets
Really surprised we’ve not managed to sell a thousand tickets for this one. I know it’s a Tuesday night and 150 miles away, but still.

Re: Tickets
I'm not. Its just a pain to get to in an evening unless you've got the day off. I was seriously considering it but can't get away till gone 5 and then you're at the mercy of the traffic to get there on time. So I bought it on ifollow for £10.

Re: Tickets
I’m only going because I have the week off work, but can understand many others not going, due to a combination of work and/or it coming so soon after Wimbledon. Fixture computer hasn’t done our travelling support any favours with those two.

Really? Have you made the trip previously, Bob? An absolute git to get to (and back obvs) on a workday/night.

Yeah it’s probably other than somewhere on the south coast or east anglia one of the worst places to go to midweek in an evening.Bruce Rioja wrote: ↑Mon Aug 16, 2021 5:54 pmReally? Have you made the trip previously, Bob? An absolute git to get to (and back obvs) on a workday/night.

In the days before Google Maps, Sat Nav etc. We did what I suspect plenty of others did. Looked at a road atlas and said "Just the other side of Sheffield then".BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Mon Aug 16, 2021 6:50 pm

Re: Tickets
Came over this evening as I've a few days off work. There's a gypsy traveller funeral in the cathedral tomorrow and they're expecting thousands to turn up and quite a bit of disruption. Should all be quiet though by the time any fans come across, after 5pm.

Apparently the additional 700 tickets sold out in a matter of minutes. Wigan bakers will be working overtime this weekend.
