I'm happy with that. Noone doesn't deserve a starting place on current form. Wildschutt can cause panic in defences. Unfortunately it's not always the opposition's

We'll shall very soon see what we shall see. The gladiators are in the arena and its a good time to say..COME ON YOU WHITES.....[/b] :oyea: :oyea: :oyea:

We start with some chat about Bury, then a bit of dot com stuff, then Hillsboro and a mention of the late, great Gary Speed. We go in the black....

At least the downpours have subsided.
Not in the ground yet, last pint with Owlsers took too long. My luck, and we'll score three before I get a seat...

Bit of wet stuff to grow the daffodils, then Ben wallops us away. Some to and fro and they go offside early. And, Ben wallops finds Mac, then Yannick, sets us off and Mac is called offside. We chat, some huff and puff then some scores from Mars and Venus. Throw us, we have a bit of possession and Sammi gives one away. Sammi now, Okowski , Taylor and Yannick wins the throw. Launch, head tennis and then a throw them. Quick one and....now a free kick them. They sally, Bannen gets early mention and....Wilson assaults a homer and they get another free. A deflected shot gives them the first corner....and cleared.....

Chat, moans about Phil, then we get robbed and....now Taylor gets the throw and....some scores and.....we sally and....give a free kick away via Yannick. Okowski, they clear, we get it and Beevers, Taylor, Sammi and....they clear. A bit of a dodgy free kick for high foot by Beevers and we chat....they come, get a shot away and Wilson blocks. Sammi goes and wins a free kick. Ben and.....more scores. Mac, Okowski and....Williams...then they clear. Taylor....to no avail.

All ping and pong then Bannan goes....throw us. And......how about an early goal lads just to whet our appetites? We get an offside free kick. Ben booms one and....we chat about this and that. Williams now, Sammi, Beevers, Hobbs, Sammi loses it and.....Williams and...ohhh, Sammi lashed one and the keeper had to save.

We sally, but give one away via Lowe. Bannan again and it goes backwards. They sally (as the other lot go two up). Mac comes....Williams and....a poor shot from Wilson and they get the goal kick. Dawson wallops, mic man talks media, then Fletcher lines one up but shoots well wide. We go off on a world tour, then a bit of weather forecast, then....Lowe now sets Mac off. Okowski, Williams, Sammi, Lowe, Taylor, Yannick and.....they clear. We pressure them and Sammi slips and they sally at us.

Sammi sallies, Mac now and.....he wins a corner. And......Sammi takes and......inswinger and....they knock it out for another corner. Make it count lads, come on......outswinger now and....they clear to Williams and..now Beevers almost gets in there. They clear, Bannan robs Yannick and sallies cross field. Bit of Owlology, then a flight forth and....they cross, and Ben swoops in and grabs the ball. Chat, then we try, but they clear again. Fletcher gifts us a throw.
Sammi involved, then we win a free kick in the middle. We come again, Williams does well, we get a throw, Williams tries, they robus, we lose it out in reply and.....Banna fires one over and gets a deflected corner. They slice one and Ben says thanks...

A bit of this and that, then Wilson boobs one forward to no avail. Beevers nods it out. Throw them and....Bannan loses out, we clear and Sammi goes forth. Throw us now and.....Okowski. Sammi gets robbed but we have another throw. Some this and that, then back to Beevers and Hobbs. Okowski throws, we hear scores, Sammi has a free kick in their half. We move forth, Sammi again and....a volley, we get it back and....Dawson collects. The counter and win a corner. Bannan takes and....no, he doesn't. We clear and then get a free kick for an overhead assaault. Ben booms one, they have it, Beevers heads forth.....and we give one away.

Sheffield make a first sub (in a minute)...we sally forth, mic man gives scores. We lose out and they bring on a big lad? Fletcher leaves the fray (injured?) ahhhh, we almost got in there, but we get a corner instead. Sammi and.....it's a bit long for everybody. More scores...goal kick them and mac loses out. Sammi now, Williams, and a throw to them that baffles mic man. We need a goal lads, come on. Mathias earns a free kick for them that's a bit dangerous and......and.....headed clear. Bannan sends a Wiganer in.

Twits and tweets sail in then Sammi wins a throw. Rain falls like stair rods (apparently) and Okowski tries a cross but is blocked. Taylor does well but Bannan nips in . Okowski wins it, Samm, Mac, Wilso, Williams, Sammi and they clear. Okowski wins the ball, we hear about Bury. Four mins to lemon time and....Sammi has another free kick, and....in and cleared, Williams back and....ohhh, keeper has to dive and give us a corner. Can we, will we.....Sammi and......and.....back and forth, then Beevers is accused of assault and....it ends in a throw to them.....Bannan wins it.......Baker, Mathias and.....we gt it back to Ben. We get a free kick and Williams, Sammi and.....again and.....Sammi gets dragged back but no cigar. Parky twitching. Mac now and.....they get it and....win a free kick off us. One min added and....Bannan sails one in and......we have scores....Wer deal with it and Sammi goes forth. He gets decked and the Owls get a yellow? Ben booms one and.....Sammi.....and that's the end of a goalless Part One.

I know why Pawel isn't at another club. Final ball is dreadful.

A lot of huff. No puff. Final 3rd lacking again. We'd be decent if we could score.

View from the red button..

Awful game. They are terrible. It is ours for the taking.

Right side with Ameobi and Olkoswki linking with Williams looks good. The other side we are non-existent as an attacking force.

Let Mac/Yannick pressure from the sides and put Sammi central. Sounds like he's being snubbed out before he can get goalwards (I'll take advice on that matchgoers?) and he's our best chance for a shot. It'll take them a bit to figure how to handle that and might give us the edge. Nowt to lose..

Well, it's been an improvement on recent weeks. Plenty of pressing (I like the midfield three), plenty of second-ball winning and, most importantly, plenty of play in the opposition's half, even if it hasn't been remotely threatening. There's little quality on show but we're the better team, and three points would be in our grasp if only we could find a way to score a bloody goal.
