Mic man courts danger by saying we seem more comfortable......Magennis wins a throw as Dallas appears for them as a sub. Some mic chat and....then Robers and...Matt clears. So.....are we getting a booking as Sammi warms up and......Matt clears well and gets the good words from mic man. Meanwhile.....Beevers clear....Sammi chafing at the bit and....they get another free kick. And....Hernandez...and...O.Neil clears but .....oh. ffs, Matt misjudges a cros and....it goes in off the bar. 2-1 them....

Another soft, soft goal that shouldn't have been scored. Donaldson gets carded. Can we get back in there...as a fracas errupts. Boxing gloves and handbags flying about. Williams gets involved and....all sorts of daft stuff is happening. Williams goes in the book, and ...and....Parky gets sent off and a red card....And...they get a free kick...stupid stuff says mic man...we get Bury scores as Donaldson leaves for Sammi.

Which currently puts us five points and sixteen goals adrift of staying up.

Come on lads. Maggenis "dives" into a free kick and...and....we need a bit of luck.....Come on.....Get in there Sammi, rattle that keeper. Another corner to them, Hernandez and......cleared, headed back, Hernandez and.....Beavers, Okowski clears and they're harrasing us. COME ON Whites (that's us)....and.....some chat, Bamford comes.....and again and....deflected by Matt for a corner...And.....in and cleared and Sammi goes and......wins a free kick. Wheats takes and......they clear.....and...mic man gets annoyed at the ref.....we clear, they come again and....Matt saves...

It was six, mate, but then Rotherham equalised at Reading with their first effort on target. (Reading have thus far managed two.) So now it's four, with those two both on 30pts.

As usual, there's a few bobbins teams about, and the game is to be fourth-worst.

Buckley appears as Roberts leaves for Dallas (finally) as talk of 34000 crowd drift about. Noone leaves for Buckley. And......throw us....a Trotter is on the deck and....Sammi and....Beavers, Wheats and a wallop. Jansen sees it out. Back they come and we need to at leasat have a shot or two. Mac, Buckley, Sammi, Williams.....and we lose it. Sammi has a shot and...Murphy is replacing Williams. ...I've just switched the rugby on and...Sammi, Okowski and....we lose it and they get free kick 200.

Wigan equalise in injury time at home to Ipswich, who had been on course for their second away win of the season.

The scorer was Joe Garner, one of many forwards we couldn't get due to various reasons.

Another cut.

Only 10+ more until we reach the 1000 required to kill us.

Bang average? They're in the top two, averaging nearly 2ppg. Wish we could bang that averagely.

Leeds would have been beaten by any team above us today.

They aren't anything special. Media darlings maybe because they're up the top maybe.

Before playing the top two teams back-to-back we were 3pts and 15 goals from 21st place. We're now 4pts and 16 goals. Obviously, that's worse, but it could have been a lot worserer.

I still think we're knackered because we haven't got enough goals up front. But if we can show that kind of fight – and get goals from Beevers and the like by keeping set-pieces alive, as we did today - it might not be quite as cut and dried as we feared.

Might also, just possibly, be something of a bounce about the place if this takeover comes through. That might come from replacing the manager, or it could be a last stand for him and his men before a summer overhaul. Last time I looked we only had seven or eight senior pros contracted into next season.

Really? I mean I know you get irate during games, DJB, but that seems a trifle... odd. They won 3-0 at Norwich. They won 4-1 at (actual media darlings) FrankLampard'sDerbyCounty.

You may have your own opinions on how good they looked today, and they may well be right. But saying a team in the top two in late February, averaging 2ppg, with one of the world's most influential managers in charge, "aren't anything special"... hmm.

If they didn't look that good today, is it possibly because we didn't make it easy for them? I'd rather that than an arse-plating like we got last week.

What a shame we couldn't get at least a point.

Leeds have been on weird form recently so I had this feeling there was a chance we could nick something, but looks like a keeper howler has condemned us.

Magennis, though. Just not good enough for this level

However, with the Reading draw there's still a bit of hope. But Big Josh has gotta start hitting the net ffs
