Unity and team spirit can rise from the ashes of the fire started by the incumbent owner. The club is the heart that beats for so many, the centre to a town of proud and loyal people. Loyal people working to keep the club alive knowing that they may not be rewarded for their hard work. People who invest their time, passion and emotions.

We have loyalty that in even the darkest days keeps us coming back for more. We won't give up on the club. We won't let the bastard run us down. We will be here until the bitter end. We will continue to support this team we call our own!

I hope we can all get behind the team this weekend and show the club that we are loud, proud and glad we have a team to call our own!

Personally, I'm not bothered about the result. I want the players to go out and play with no pressure knowing that they are supported and will be until they no longer play for this club. Go out and show us what this club means to you and we'll show you what this club means to us.

I'd like to hope that Friday will be the end of a torrid era in the history of this great club.

The glimmer of light is flickering at the end of what has been a long dark tunnel.

P.S. Negative posts are disabled on my profile for the remainder of the season. No more instant criticism of individual mistakes.
Yep, said pretty much the same thing myself a few weeks ago

(although I *am* bothered about tomorrows result haha)

Come on Bolton. We might be down but we need to give the fans a performance today. No shirking, maximum effort and score a goal for f*cks sake! Lift the crowd from the off and they will back you - no matter what the attendance.

Come on man, let's stop with all this 'we might be down' talk. It's not over until it's over.

Rotherham losing.

A win today could change the whole atmosphere for everybody and lift the mood off the deck.. Might even do our very own Gordon Gekko a bit of good in his negotiations. Along with beating Stoke, Wolves and Tranmere I can't think of a better day than beating Millwall soundly.Yes, I think that'll do nicely. COME ON YOU WHITES....!... :oyea: :oyea: :oyea:

No Wheater, Noone or Lowe, all suspended. Presumably Hobbs and Beevers between Pawel and, erm, Connolly? (Taylor is back in training but it'd be a rush to get him in today.)

Big question is how Parky manages to balance the need to go for a must-win with the need not to pick the sort of 4-4-2 that leaves us wide open even bore refs start decimating us.

Here's a thought. 11 games left means that more than a quarter of our remaining matches come in the next eight days, and they're all winnable, with a touch of luck and a lot of grit. COYWM

Presumably 4-2-3-1: Matthews; Olko, Hobbs, Beevers, Taylor; O'Neil, Connolly; Amoebi, Williams, Buckley, Magennis
Or 4-3-3: Matthews; Olko, Hobbs, Beevers, Taylor; O'Neil behind Connolly and Williams; Amoebi and Buckley either side of Magennis

He doesn't half baffle me, Parky. Goes with 2 upfront against Leeds and Swansea away and then reverts to 1 up front against Millwall at home in a do-or-die game.

He's doing it on purpose to show he's "in charge". He's a bit like May.

We go....Millwall in luminous orange. First free kick and .....we get scores (Rotherham lost 2-0) and....we fumble about for a bit then in it comes and....we clear it away. Archer in nthe onion bage for them (mic man remindsus of his wonder saves last time). Sammi tries a cross and we get a throw. And.....Williams, Okowski and.....we still have it and another throw. Get forth amongst em lads. Sammi, Okowski and..Williams, Mac and....we get a corner. And....and....O'Neil....part cleared and....we go offside.

Williams ( theirs) almost gets a booking,,,,he does get a booking and....free kick us. Some chat amongst the mic men, we get a throw. An early goal would set us up nicely, but mic men reckons our troops are a bit shy. They clear and break..and get a throw. Some chat, then.....some this and that, a Romeo joke and then......we go forth and....Okowski slips up and they clear and get a goalie wallop kick,

We go again and move well, Buckley gets a throw. And.....Sammi, Taylor and...another throw and....mic man chats then.....Mac and....another throw and.....a launch and....Sammi and.....offside given against us again. A "quick-flagger" liner. They visit via Romeo and...Wallace and...Hobbs clears. Sammi can't untangle his legs in time and....they have a free kick and we have to clear.....and Matt has it for a wallop chance. And.......(Ipswitch go one down) some more scores as Millwall get gifted a corner and ...we get a free kick. And.....more scores..as mic men mumble....

Throw us again and...Okowski and....deflected....and....mic men chat....then.....they come again and...Gregory gets the good words. Mic man reckons we need a goal....really? ...Irrelevent scores, then.....Beaver, Taylor, Sammi and cleared. Buckley tried a shot, we go back, they get a free kick. All we are saying......is.....

A Matt wallop, they clear and advance. Elliot gets a "cheap" free kick off Beevers.

They come back twice and then Matt slices one clear. Sammi feeds Mac and.....we get a throw. And.....they have a throw now. Connely, Buckley, Taylor and......ref stops play because of a balloon on the pitch? Mac does well but Williams can't control. How about a goal lads, it will help enormously. Goal kick them, some scores, some chat and....then......some more scores......and then they sally at us and ...some more chat and....Matt has the ball and....clears. They clear it back and.....sigh!..A throw us and...Sammi, Buckley and....mic man moans about soft free kicks. Wallace and Meredith manag e get a corner between them and ...Fergusson and....oohhh Elliot misheads a chance and....now it's out turn for a soft free kick...
