I wonder how high/low we will feature in this league of shame ?
https://sports.vice.com/en_uk/article/k ... deductions

Swindon got booted down two divisions -- but were in administration and then a corporate IVA

I dread to think where we will end up

The lowest division with fully professional teams is National League North - we can look forwards to playing the likes of Chorley, Curzon Ashton, Altrincham ....

Chorley might well be in the league above next season. They finished second behind Stockport by just a point and are favourites to win the play offs.

This must be the longest match thread in months. And a ball has not been kicked yet. That tells you enough in itself.

And at just two pages, the previous game's thread probably qualifies for DSB's Guinness Book of Unwelcome Records 2018-19.

If this game does ever get played, I wouldn't be surprised if it was behind closed doors.

Why would Olkowski hand in a transfer request - he might as well serve notice on his contract given he’s not been paid?
Aye, that was it - His notice

Flextension! EFL sternly admit that the Brentford game won't be played this week and that they're going to have a stiff word with the Independent Disciplinary Commission about how naughty-bad we are.
The EFL has this morning confirmed that Bolton Wanderers’ suspended Sky Bet Championship fixture with Brentford will not be played this week.

The EFL Board will now determine on Thursday, May 2, 2019 as to what arrangements are to be put in place in regards to the fixture and Bolton Wanderers will be instructed accordingly.

As previously advised EFL Regulations do provide for any League match to be played within four days of the end of the normal playing season (Sunday, May 5, 2019).

The EFL reserves its position in relation to the club not making the arrangements to play the game at the earliest opportunity and this matter will be brought to the attention of the Independent Disciplinary Commission the club has been referred to at the appropriate time.

The EFL appear to be as big a cxnt (in the plural) as Anderson and Bassini.

EFL washing their hands of us post Sunday as expected. Wankers. Of course Shaun Harvey was right all along, Ken’s been a top owner.

So Bassini stood Harvey up on the second date tonight. Intrigued to know what his motives were for getting involved and so defiantly shouting off about how he was going to throw millions at us.

So, we’re back at square one. Still under Ken’s kind guardianship, without a pot to piss in, and a court date next week where pleas to adjourn for another few weeks based on potential sale might just not wash with the judge.

We know Bassini was bad news, guess we get to find out now whether the next news is better or worse... :-)
