The TW BWFC Player of the Year 2018/19

Post by Dave Sutton's barnet » Sun May 05, 2019 4:16 pm

No, really. Hardly a hard-fought prize but we should make the effort to anoint someone, given that Tim Ream has gone down in history as a double award winner.

Only players who featured in more than half the league games are considered. You have one choice.

I only managed one game this term and the standout performance on the day was that fan's favourite:

William Edward Buckley!

Like the local elections, I spoilt my ballot by scrawling none of the above.

Gary O Neil by an absolute country mile. Stood out for effort, experience and professionalism.

If we are still here next season I’d love him to still be around.

I believe Hilary Stonefrost would have won the club's poll has she been an option.

I also went with O'Neil. He's 35-years-old, he was a free transfer, and we allowed him to remain on "trial" with us all summer, safe in the knowledge that no other club would try to poach him. What an indictment that is.

Williams was a close second, to be fair.

Vote for Clayton Donaldson it would seem.
