Hearing on the finest grapiest grape vine that the deal is across the line. A massive amount of salt is to be taken with this information.
I've rubbed in some turmeric and a bit of pepper too...

It's Me vs Nixon, who is now saying the players are refusing to train as they don't like the deal FV are offering.

The deal offered for ex players is 20% upfront with the remainder over 24 months. Contracted players 100%. Which makes me wonder why he's run with that story.

This is the best exchange on BN comments so far...

"Bolton Wanderers and Bury set deadline" That's a misleading headline, it suggests that the two clubs have set the deadline. Surely "Bolton Wanderers and Bury issued with deadline" or "Bolton Wanderers and Bury given deadline"

All this going on and your worried about semantics...

Salty grapes. Mmm.

Nixon claiming current players have refused to train after being offered 20% down, rest on drip. Which doesn't chime with what we'd heard earlier today. Mind, this being The Sun, the video at the bottom of the story is the "Dirk Kuyt" story that got thoroughly refuted by all sides at least two months ago.

Are we sure that comment has come from the BN? I'm not seeing the racism. :conf:
