Which means in reality it happened a fair while ago...nicholaldo wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 10:53 amLost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 8:32 amAnd then there were two, Brittan and James... But curiously not (yet?) from Football Ventures (Whites) Limited itself.
I have no idea what any of that means for the takeover, whether it's good news or bad news, however it would appear to my untrained eye to be significant.
When did he resign Nicholo?
Last night, as per Companies House. He's due to be replaced according to Iles, though he remains, for now at least, a director of the parent company.

You might be right, I'm no expert, but the document states the date of termination as being yesterday. That document was then "Received for filing in Electronic format" on the same date.
Compare that to the document confirming Basran's resignation from the parent company, which states he resigned on 2nd July but was filed a week later on 10th July.

Something interesting going on, and not necessarily bad. Clear divisions between the parent company and the offshoots (club and hotel) - could be for any number of fiscal purposes.

He remains a director of the parent company (Football Ventues (Whites) Ltd) but has resigned as a director of the two subsidiary companies (FVWL Hotel Ltd and FVWL Football Ltd).

Apparently the new shirts have been delivered to the club shop today.

Re: Administration and recovery
I see Bury didn't make it and their game is off. Still time yet for the BL postcode to get to -30 and beyond.

Marc Iles was saying all last week that there was no chance of liquidation, he must have known the PFA would bail us out if we couldn't get our own house in order.I feel sorry for Bury that they aren't considered important enough for PFA money.

Re: Administration and recovery
The PFA haven't bailed us out - they've given a loan to FV that will (in theory) allow them to complete the takeover. In turn that does help Bolton Wanderers out yes. But Marc Iles has said members of FV are personally guaranteeing that loan. I'd suggest the PFA would not receive such a guarantee from Bury's owner and if they did would certainly treat with caution.Martin_Cruise wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 3:23 pmMarc Iles was saying all last week that there was no chance of liquidation, he must have known the PFA would bail us out if we couldn't get our own house in order.I feel sorry for Bury that they aren't considered important enough for PFA money.
Re: Administration and recovery
Not (only) the same problem for Bury is it? We seem to be good to go aside from paying off football creditors in full now which FV don't have the money for. More stuff wrong at Bury in addition I think.
