We all know their plans don't add up.
All of us? There are still people out there who still don't get it. And some of those include not just a number of our own supporters but also the likes of Paul Appleton and Debbie Jevans.
See the post above for a glaring example ^

The club needs to survive, fo that it needs money, it can't operate on the promise that an extra 2-3k might turn up if the price were 15-20 quid a ticket
Point taken TKIZ but if we don't get the sale resolved very soon we won't need money because we'll have no club. Looks less like speculate to accumulate and more like "Flog it" right now.
True, my point was more aimed at those fans who have consistently complained throughout this entire saga (and it is a saga that would put Homer's Odyssey to shame). They won't come if Parky's manager, they won't come if it's too pricey, they won't come if the strips rubbish etc. The club has never needed our support as much as it does right now. It's blind faith but that's why we're on a Bolton forum talking about the finer points on our love of the club (from every angle)
True and same goes for FV. They are our only chance of existence right now. We should all be praying they find a way through.
Oh. Has Bassini given up on us then?

He had no proof of funds. His offer even second time round where Sullivan would buy the stadium and rent it back was below the required amount by a long way. He could not pass the EFL test.

And his emails contained huge inconsistencies that could not be reconciled.

Apart from that I’m sure he’s still having a go somewhere.

Look I know Bassini is a knob. I know he doesn't have a business plan. I know he doesn't have the cash to buy us. I know this.
Now contrast and compare that to Football Ventures. Bassini wins hands down.

You mean FV who have EFL approval and proved requisite funds with admins? Or yes I forget they are all conspiring against us...

I know where it is. Strangely enough somebody ACTUALLY bought it. The fact that he thought he was buying Tower Bridge is neither here nor there....
Hang on, didn't it fall down? :?

Nope. not really. I'm more inclined to see what FV can do (if or when they do complete). You don't get to be a close associate of Nick Mason by being sheet at business
