I sent the name of a player I was told was coming in to train - and it was subsequently confirmed by media a few days later - to some members on here way before JME was tweeting about the deal. I didn't even know who JME was until a week ago!

Must admit I was expecting an official announcement to have been released by now, followed by a list of players we registered at 11.59am. Not to mention a confirmation of my winning the sweep and some grudging acknowledgement that my E170 internet dollars were being transmitted over. Rather disappointed if I'm honest...

They overstated it. Now people are annoyed. And understandably so.

There are idiots constantly annoyed by everything. You can't help it. Had nothing been said people would have been annoyed. There are so many contracts and legal agreements involved and multiple solicitors involved representing various parties. It isn't easy and clear this should have taken place weeks ago but things needed to be in place that were not.

One of those is not "new" - but would be absolutely excellent if still around and staying.
