I've got a hotel room booked down there for Saturday night. I can cancel up to tomorrow night without being charged. As delightful as I'm sure high Wycombe is, I've no desire to go down there for a night if there's no footy on.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Wed Jul 31, 2019 9:56 amTwo bought and paid for, even if I suspect I have as much faith in my ability to get my money back as I do in the takeover happening...TonyDomingos wrote: ↑Wed Jul 31, 2019 8:42 amNot sure if it's already been mentioned, but this game is all ticket for away supporters.

Couldn't get two together in the middle two sections (except at pitch level). What a determined bunch we Bolton fans are.
If the takeover is completed today then I think we'll sell out our remaining allocation.

Over a thousand sold. Fair f*cks to those coming all the way down.

Given the number we've already shifted, the new-ground thing, the first-day excitement and hopefully a new optimism, I'd be surprised if we didn't.Harry Genshaw wrote: ↑Wed Jul 31, 2019 10:15 amIf the takeover is completed today then I think we'll sell out our remaining allocation.

It's all about the curation.
(Though I think merging two threads might help!)

The reality being I'd be nowhere near Hughenden manor or Wycombe museum. I'd just be sat in the hotel bar watching soccer saturday!

Sadly, with no Tower Radio available any more, The "Last Radio Tango in Farnworth" is no more. I'll be on the thread obviously, but the personal effect of Radio Manchester commentators holds not the same magic. It's been fun and thanks to those who listened to my Saturday rantings.

Still need to get my ticket but may well drive up, so would be up for meeting. Wondering where to park - either pub, local street, or industrial estate parking.truewhite15 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 31, 2019 12:25 pmGot my ticket, travelling down on my lonesome. Any TWers want to meet up?

End of a golden era. But, thank you, Tango. I echo, TANGO, the sentiment of our friend of the Iberian peninsula. I thank you for my delayed readings of your past contributions to 'game days'. I have often wondered, my friend (we are still are we not?), how you managed to pump out to the 'net what you did.
THANK YOU.
THANK YOU.

Many thanks for your contributions.
I don't know if ifollow on the club website will carry BBC GMR, if it doesn't would you accept a donation to continue your great service to the website?
Re: Chairboys v Choirboys; the Wanderers against some Wanderers. Wycombe (a). Sat 3 August - 3pm
Are GMR still reporting on matches? I realise that is not guaranteed but they did commentry on most Bolton matches last season (I know they flick between games quite a bit more than Tower but better than no Radio Tango). I think they can do commentry on three matches on a Saturday with their DAB stations.
Do not trust atoms. They make up everything.

Are we even the third biggest team they cover? Guess we might be saved by the fact that MC & MU rarely both kick off at Sat 3pm.malcd1 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2019 8:48 amAre GMR still reporting on matches?
