Yup,Harry Genshaw wrote: ↑Fri Aug 09, 2019 6:26 pmOur lowest league crowd at the Reebok, according to the BN was in 2000. Just over 10,000 v QPR. Unlike the Darlington game, I wasn't at that one.
Spotty - I'm watching OMD in Berlin later on this year. I think it's as well they changed their name!

That attendance figure would have been four less had me and my mates been able to get our bommy lit. Absolutely pissed it down. We lost 3-0 and Allardyce had a 4ucking shocker in what turned out to be his last game for us as a player.Burnden Paddock wrote: ↑Fri Aug 09, 2019 4:15 pmLost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Fri Aug 09, 2019 4:06 pmNope, I thought our lowest attendance record for a league game (excluding cup matches) was 10,000+bits.
I thought our record ever lowest attendance was in some Checkatrade cup match against Everton reserves or somebugger at circa 1,300.
But I'm beginning to hallucinate, and anyway...
2,902 vs Darlington in the old 3rd Division, bonfire night 1985. I was there and if you listen to the number of people also claiming to have attended, the crowd would have been around the 40k mark.
May the bridges I burn light your way

He looked miles out of his depth, understandably. Conor Hall must be gutted.
Think I was at our lowest Reebok crowd in all comps. Gillingham at home in the league cup with about 9 others.

Parky saying tomorrow's team will be younger than last week's.
Hopefully that's as a result of Earles injury and not any of the few seniors left not playing.

They aren't playing according to some fuxkwits on twitter who have translated "Parkinson saying he'll be selecting a younger side than the one at Wycombe due to injuries" into "the useless seniors are striking, waste of space, get rid they are shit anyways"BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Fri Aug 09, 2019 7:57 pmSeems they aren’t playing going off a few comments on twitter....Harry Genshaw wrote: ↑Fri Aug 09, 2019 7:52 pmParky saying tomorrow's team will be younger than last week's.

Iles has tweeted to say Bassini has contacted him to say he is coming. If anyone on here sees him, chin the Cnut. Seriously.

As for the players I’m hoping that’s all bullshit. I don’t get it - weren’t they paid?

They were paid minus the PFA assistance loans they’d received. LLS did a nice breakdown as to how that will cost them in tax dedications that can eventually be reclaimed but still in short term leaves them out of pocket. Think this is the issue. Probably promised the rest this week until Bassini stopped takeover again...or it just stopped itself or whatever...officer_dibble wrote: ↑Fri Aug 09, 2019 9:13 pmAs for the players I’m hoping that’s all bullshit. Ahh missed that; I’ll have to dig it out. But the club owes them nothing? They can’t just refuse to play? Although of course they can...but who wants to not play football?

I'm sure there are still unresolved issues but there's no way anyone would support them striking again at this stage. We just seem to be stumbling from crisis to crisisBWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Fri Aug 09, 2019 9:17 pmThey were paid minus the PFA assistance loans they’d received. I think it’s very very poor indeed. I get their frustration. But look how fans who are equally frustrated are turning out to support their team.
Re: Who's the naked woman on the white horse? H v Coventry 10/Aug/19
Not sure the tax is a problem really, that cash be coded out pretty quickly these days. But I think the cub paid them what they were owed, minus what they owed the PFA, but didn't pay that to the PFA, so they all still owe the PFA money until the club pay that. It's not ideal but in the scheme of things they need to crack on.

If the players want to make a point then there are ways to do it. Refuse to play and they are done. Come out by all means after the game and tell everyone what lying c*nts the administrators are, but stick together with the fans and put a decent performance in first and they'll be backed.
I've got to say I now hate a number of people who've been associated with the club and the administrators are now on that list. I've never hated our players, no matter how poorly I've rated them.
