Indeed. I still refer to it as 'The Bok'.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2019 12:21 pmSorry, it was a quote. I see Sky Sports News last night called it the Macron, which is a year out of date. In my piece I referred to it as "...what will always be the Reebok to most".Hoboh wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2019 12:02 pmPlease, please, refrain from that stupid bloody name!Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2019 10:29 am"The Notice of Withdrawal will not affect Saturday’s League One game at Gillingham or the Leasing.com Trophy meeting with Bradford City at the UniBol on September 3."

Right. As I'm likely the closest Wanderer to Priestfield I'm happy to buy all the tickets when the box office opens.
All I'll need is the 16 digit number from your debit card, expiry date and the 3 digit security code off the back.
Probably best to PM the details in case there are any unscrupulous folk looking in.
I'll meet you all in the gents toilets on the High Street.
Honest!

There might be a rethink on ticketing bnow if loads of our fans decide to pile down there.

I was just about to say that exact same thing. I've already got a group of 4 or 5 wanting to go, none of which would usually travel. Only selling tickets an hour and a half before kick off seemed ropey originally. Now that you'll have thousands wanting to go, it's nothing short of crazy.
There has to be a rethink. What exactly is the away allocation down there?

The 'Brian Moore Stand' can take about 1400. Though calling it a stand is a bit of a stretch. It's made from scaffold and has no roof, fortunately the forecast for Saturday is fair.

As to the size of bogs, AT, no problem.
As Dan might have said, the whole town is a shithole.

Jealous of those attending now.
We have a cracking record against this lot - sign ten players and have a go!

Definitely under consideration. Surely that away end holds more than 1500? It is quite a big if temporary looking stand?
EDIT - seems not. 1500 + they allow 200 in adjacent stand. Grounds holds 11582, they get about 5k on avg. They must make arrangements when the likes of Charlton visit?

Me too! This will be the first game I've missed this season and it already feels like an 'I was there' fixture. I've dropped my opposition to the FL/Checkasherpafreightautowindscreenleasing cup just so I can get to Tuesdays game v Bradfordofficer_dibble wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2019 10:54 pmJealous of those attending now.

Sod it, i'm in! 100% record maintained. HG has very kindly offered to pay for my petrol, from his tax refund. Possibly!
