:) Tighter than a gnat's chuff in a sandstorm. You ever thought of going into football finance?

Is it just the three Wanderer attendees for this then, or are there any stragglers?

I'll be there in spirit.

Sorry to miss this one as it's not far off being a "home" game for me.

Can anybody remember pre the kids this season, any of our lot actually getting a shot on goal? Maybe we'll put an end to that and stop playing at/re-enacting the Alamo, and come out and fight.....Yes, I said fight....FIGHT..... :oyea:

Game too soon for a result, probably. Be nice to ride the wave.

I feel like digging the fixtures out now and selecting some seats, jealous of those there!

Well jel of those going. Enjoy.

On a side note. How is it we can't sell tickets on the day of the game on police advice, yet Gillingham can invite a free for all at 1.30pm on match day? Unlikely I know, but it is possible that more Wanderers fans could turn up than there is room for.

I too think we're a game away from a better result.

However... Jack Hobbs is ultimately the replacement for Edwards.

Lowe, Hobbs, Zouma and Brockbank at the back with Murphy and Weir in the middle. Not a bad core. We might be lucky enough to keep a clean sheet. I'd be putting Stirling-Brown up top again as he seems capable of holding the ball up and gets into some decent positions.

My heart says a plucky 1-0 to Bolton. Head says 2-0 Gillingham.

To St Pancras, past the statue of Betjeman - always looking up, and so should we be. Forty games to win four more games than three rivals: the revival starts here? Maybe not: the cavalry hasn’t arrived yet, barring a much-needed centre-back, so one more time we go with what we’ve got. These kids will be cheered to the rickety away end’s non-existent rafters, and they will fight on, and we will right on. For one last time, Come On You White Boys. We’re proud of you.

Bit of a shaky start by Bolton. Zouma not having a good one. Hobbs clearly lacking game time.

Getting into it slowly, nothing up top is really making it difficult to get it clear.

Politic is looking like a real decent player.

Playing long ball and sitting so deep.

Need to push out and get the passing going. I think we've made 4 successive passes maximum.

Darcy isn't convincing on the right. Leaving Brockbank exposed quite a bit.

2-0.

Game over.

The defending for both goals has been poor.

Sounding like the "Alamo" syndrome , although it isn't going to change overnight till we get a few serious experienced heads in. Defending doesn't win games if we don't get up there and score. N.S.S. Come on Whites....FIGHT.... :oyea:

Ah, there goes another one .... :(

We are deperate for some creativity and a striker. Gillingham have had 14 shots (5 on target). Bolton have had 1 shot.

Lets hope we have a few experiened players lined up on Monday. Some decent loans might be just what we need.
