Ask not for whom the bell tolls.....Port Vale A. Sat 13-03-21. 1500h.

Where fellow sufferers gather to share the pain, longing and unrequited transfer requests that make being a Wanderer what it is...

Elbo up top? Pace on the break.
Was just going to type that, almost word for word
Great minds

They've made all their subs and got an injury.
Get a room.
If we did, it'd be tastefully furnished and filled with fascinating conversation.

He were about five yards off, Derek

Haven't seen a Wanderer as offside since Browny had a go up front in a Phil Neal injury crisis
Think they're still frightened of shouting offside... :-)

Aye, he actually has.

Hope these get relegated. Non-league pitch and style of play.

Genuinely think we can win this.

Got to byline twice and not crossed it, I assume because there's been no one in the middle...

Great win, poor game.

Great win. Professional performance when not able to create much up front. Sign of a really good team winning when not playing well.

Interesting how that one weirdly feels better than midweek when we annihilated the 2nd-placed team for 70 minutes.

FGR hold out in seven minutes of injury time, during which they conceded a goal and had a man sent off, to beat Harrogate 2-1

I can't even fire up the kettle because we've no electric
Do we need to send you 10 bob for the meter? :-)

It must be the "Maddison" kettle today. Looks a bit like a kettle, had the reputation for being a great kettle in the past, but just can't manage a brew at the moment.
 Even the teasmade went off injured

Top four (as they are now) all won, Tranmere didn't play. We're four clear of non-playoffs and four off the autos, although the GD hurts us in either direction.

Just Keep Winning.

Next fixture not until Sat, these lads have earned a rest from the midweek mayhem.

Home to Walsall next, one of the league's off-form teams who visit us after an away gig at Crawley on Tuesday. Think this could be the time for The Great Shoeing we've all been waiting for.

Then the big one against FGR, who play us at the arse-end of a three-game, seven-day stretch. Again, we have no midweek game.

Hard fought 3 points. Isgrove is very important too this side. Very impressed with his running. While Sarc and Delph are more of a goal threat, Isgrove gets us playing at a faster pace and keeps hold of the ball very well. Santos very solid and Jones also had a good game. Lee struggled throughout. Loved the look of Elbouzedi ... looks pacy and skillful.
