Interesting to note that we've gone without a goalkeeper on the bench today whereas the match against FGR had Lukas Jensen on the bench. Probably Evatt trying to play it safe in front of the cameras from Sky perhaps?

Nah, he said it was about risk-reward - that was a six-pointer, this isn't

I’ve switched to the away commentary. Much better!

We’re clearly miles the better team here, but our build up needs to be sharper. Dapo’s dropping too deep for my liking.

Well that's good to know. Certainly better to have it as a purely tactical decision.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 1:18 pmNah, he said it was about risk-reward - that was a six-pointer, this isn't

Doyle showing there why you should always press league 2 keepers.

These big games, where there is a six-point swing, the reward is bigger than the risk.”Mar wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 1:20 pmWell that's good to know. He got himself in a right pickle

The fact the away commentary isn't ahead of the play makes me think iFollow isn't responsible.

Are you suggesting he should add a delay himself manually?nicholaldo wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 1:27 pm

Maybe Derek's in a time machine of extremely limited scope, boldly going forward to report from half a second into the futurenicholaldo wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 1:27 pm

He's employed by Bolton FM, not iFollow.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 1:29 pmAre you suggesting he should add a delay himself manually?

Yes that’s my point. Bar delaying his commentary manually not sure what he can do.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 1:30 pmHe's employed by Bolton FM, not iFollow.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 1:29 pmAre you suggesting he should add a delay himself manually?

That looked like a really well worked goal. Seems like Delfouneso was the one called for offside.

Yeah we need to be taking three points from this one.

I feel we need to up the tempo a bit. Clear that the king not having his best game sadly.

Yep. A bit more zip needed in both tempo and our passing.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 1:35 pmI feel we need to up the tempo a bit. Clear that the king not having his best game sadly.

I'm tending to disagree, the time we put the ball in the back of their net is when we slowed it down and encouraged them to get out of their half so that we could exploit the space in behind and catch them on the back foot.Harry Genshaw wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 1:36 pmYep. You could argue that is upping the tempo, but I suspect that the worst thing we could do is let them get a system of parking the bus like Barrow did.
