Grimsby deserve that. Better all over the pitch. This team has something wrong with it. I can’t put my finger on it but definitely it’s there. Salford felt like perhaps we’d got the bit between our teeth. But today we’ve played like absolute bottlers. Mentally I fear for us. We just don’t seem to have that mentality to take games on and score goals. You have to do that at the end. Or be absolutely rock solid game on game. We are just flaky. You always expect us to throw grenades into our own bunker. We just have that feel about us.
You've been trying all season to find something wrong so I'm sure you'll find something.
You need to look at your own posts throughout the game before having a dig at others.

We make every game hard. Mentally we don’t look right. You’ve got to admit to that.
Did you watch on Tuesday? Have you seen the results recently? Tish and pish, man.

Still in our hands but it’s hard to argue that this feels like a big blow.

Completely outmuscled and outfought, particularly by their front two who were impressive.

fecking bottle job wankers.

Evatt at fault for not changing it from Salford.

Clearly fatigued. Grimsby with the passion and desire. Hope it doesn't mean nothing at the end of the season. Well deserved. Bolton now in a fight to stay in the top 3.

Have they got the mentality?

I don't think so.

So frustrating. Defensively all over the show in that second half.

Our game plan struggles so much when we're a goal down. Grimsby clearly wanted that more. Hopefully they have the same level of application against Morecambe in midweek.

Lost to a team who wanted it more. Very disappointing, still 3rd and still in our own hands but oh what could have been. Regroup and put things right on Tuesday.

I’m annoyed and disappointed as anyone else, but looking at the positives:
- Tranmere only drew
- We’re still third
- It’s still in our hands

Don’t won’t to dwell on that performance though. Crap.

Didn't mean our game. It's Grimsby vs. Morecambe on Tuesday. Quite a similar test to todays game.

We are going to be going to Morecambe needing to win. And you just fear for us in that scenario. I said after Salford that this was the key game to back up that result. You can see in run ins how it goes. These games are the crucial ones. I suspect we may need to win every remaining game now. Does this team have it in them? Need to find goals and fast.
Needing not to lose.
I think Carlisle might be hard on Tuesday.
Dude, with respect, you think EVERY game's hard. :D
Clearly losing to Grimsby sort of means every game is hard. :D
True mate, but by the same rationale I didn't hear the doom-mongers ringing the Hallelujah Chorus when we outclassed Cambridge. Funny that.
