Re: BWFC Reserves 2021/2022 - Central League
I think Noah Halford is a CB and Max Conway a LB. Not sure why CM Tweedley is no.2.
I think it’s a 4-3-3
It could actually be a 3-4-1-2 having thought about it, with Halford, Baptiste and Gordon as CBs, Tweedley and Conway as WBs, Pettifer and Thomason at CM, Xav at CAM and Olawumi and Henry up top.

Went down 4-1 to Burnley, having been down 1-0 at half time. Max Conway the Wanderers scorer.

There’s a Jones playing…assume that’s not Gethin?!
Re: BWFC Reserves 2021/2022 - Central League
Nah he's the lad that replaced Jones when Jones was coming back from injury in the day that Jones played twice.

Isn't our captain late for PE?

Good God. The PNE blokes in the background are 10 yards further away and they're still towering above our lad. No wonder they're giggling.

Luke Hutchinson had a good game judging by the BEN live feed.

Hardly surprising, I got the impression that they were raving about him whilst he was on loan.brommers95 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 15, 2022 3:10 pmLuke Hutchinson had a good game judging by the BEN live feed.

The structure is probably being overhauled again, says Evatt. Quite right too. But it strikes me that what we lack most right now are the players…with the senior squad presumably fairly settled, will we see more 18-23s arrive this summer?

Very strong lineup for today's reserve match against Fleetwood. KO 2pm.

Hopefully it's just one of them "precautionary measures" type things...

Finished 1-1. Almost nicked it right at the deaath. Team seemed to play better when all the names went off. Must be something in the water. No mention of injuries, thankfully.

Izzy pulling up is bad, but not surprising. He's been out for a good while and had the kind of injury that tends to cause issues.
What matters at this stage is getting him back fit for preseason.
It would have been nice to have him back as an option this season, especially as we're likely to have to push Jones to RWB to cover Fossey's loss.

Evatt said the wound from his surgery hasn't fully healed yet.
