"Que Sera, sera" What will be will be. Hope springs eternal...The time approaches for another mini War of the Roses. The boss man's talking all technical stuff, but end of day it's man-power and attitude that we need, not technic robots when the whistle blows. (who have we got for a ref today? ) Time then for a rousing...
"COME ON YOU WHITES..!".
I'll be well happy with 4-0...Is that a bit greedy?

Unchanged XI. Unchanged 18, in fact, and I'm not sure that's happened before under Evatt
EDIT it has - his first unchanged 11+7 was at Grimsby... then he kept faith with the same side and they beat Carlisle

Let's hope the attitude and skillset remain (Ip)-swiched on. I 'm reckoning they'll throw everything at us from the off so an early goal from us will be nice. COME ON.. .Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat Sep 18, 2021 2:01 pmUnchanged XI. Unchanged 18, in fact, and I'm not sure that's happened before under Evatt

Not a chance these lot will let this slip. Well have a go, but honestly, we've lost already.

The attack is not the problem. I’d expect better analysis here.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat Sep 18, 2021 3:48 pmHT 0-2

We played well. But Rotherham have been ruthlessly efficient and organised. Like watching an Allardyce side against an expansive West Ham or Spurs back in the day. Rotherham have just stayed in their shape and waited. We’ve opened them up a few times but you just cannot keep conceding goals. This is a 1-0 2-1 type of dig it out game at best. We were never playing Rotherham off the park.
And we are just conceding far too many right now and it needs to stop.

Oh give over. Don't give me that disapproving tone. Don't flatter your own viewpoint by acting superior.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Sep 18, 2021 3:53 pmThe attack is not the problem. I’d expect better analysis here.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat Sep 18, 2021 3:48 pmHT 0-2

62% possession, 10 shots, one on target. But no problem with the attack?
Maybe, just maybe, it's both attack and defence that need improvement. The fact it's 0-2 from 62% possession suggests the attack isn't working. Again.

Fair play to the lino who was quick with the flag, but I couldn't see an offside. Maybe I need to see it again?!

Rotherham remove their right-winger for a right-back/centre-back. Sounds like a shift to a back four, although I guess they could reshuffle.

Another Rotherham sub on the hour mark - Warne is certainly being proactive. Removes Dan Barlaser, who had been playing the anchor role in the starting 3-1-4-2, for "industrious and energetic" Scot Jamie Lindsay
