Yeah it's on iFollow, and I believe also on Liverpool's tv channel if you can get access to that...

It was, if you claimed your ticket before last weekend and you hadn't already used your freebie for the Port Vale game. I am out.

Sensible team. Delf or Kacha up front? Slightly surprised Baka didn’t start.

Personally wouldn’t be playing Isgrove, but the rest are fine. Hopefully Comley impresses potential January suitors.

Suspect that if we go ahead he'll be one of the ones making way.

Glad to see Comley getting a game. Never a good sign to see someone completely ousted from the team. Can't see him working his way into contention but it would be a massive plus should he make a good showing in this competition.

Front four look solid enough. The rest..? Much depends on what the Mersey Mob put out.

Isgrove didn’t play Saturday at least not from start. Nor away midweek. So imagine he has running in his legs.

Haha. They look good to me this Liverpool side. Be an interesting game. We aren’t exactly physical so not sure where we beat them.

I hope all the U21's get knocked out of this tournament early on. It's ridiculous to be having lower league teams playing U21 sides. For Bolton its a no win scenario. Either we win and its expected or we lose and its embarrassing. The top two leagues should be playing no part in this competition as its played as if its a lower league cup.

The only positive I can see for this match is our backup players getting some game time, Comley, Brockbank, etc.

Maybe this will give us a chance to see a potential loanee that might tempt our manager.

I wouldn't think anyone would care if we lost. Nor if we win. Nothing competition.

The blonde lad up top is rapid for them.

I know Liverpool got dunked at Rochdale but haven’t a lot of U21 sides done well in this? Not sure you could say an U21 side is not a favourite.

Agree they should be nowhere near it. It’s ridiculous.

Ideally not obviously. But as nonsense as U21s in it are a Wembley trip and a trophy would be very welcome.

I care. It'd be nice to get to Wembley in this competition. As good as our side has been and the strides we've made, it'd be a welcome reflection on the progress we are making. I get your point though, no-one would be upset if we weren't playing in this competition, but seeing as we're in it, we might as well go to win it.
