Johnston came off because of a knee injury - and Dapo also picked up a knock.

Dislocated shoulders and injuries whilst dribbling are rarely small issues. Worrying.

First one is tough but they go back in easier after that, usually (both mine dislocated from playing rugby). Not a shed load they can do other than pin 'em at which point you're a bit fooked. Better to adapt from whatever caused the dislocation.

6.5 for Lee who has ‘formed a decent partnership with Williams in recent weeks’. I’d guess young Dan wasn’t following us much last season.

Just gotta hope it coming out and going back didn’t damage anything. We had an injury like that not that long ago. Can’t recall who but they ended up being out for months on end.

All opinions isn’t it but no way Dapo is an 8 and Lee and John a 6.5.

Don’t get too concerned about this stuff but have to wonder about the judgement.

How many players are getting above a 6.5 in a home game against Gillingham where we just about snatched a drawer and could have been 4-5 down? What score do you give to a player who has struggled at home to a poor side for an hour and then been superb for 30 minutes? Does it even out to the same score as a lad who comes off the bench and does fairly well occupying defenders - who doesn't have either the highs or the lows?

Hard to say how scoring like that should work.

The fact is you cannot complain about absolute scores. For me nobody got more than a 6.5 yesterday. But relative scores - no way was Dapo considerably better than Kieran Lee.

It feels like they gave Dapo an extra point for his goal but didn't do the same for Lee, I'll say that much.

Over the 90 minutes Dapo didn’t do close to as much as Lee. And if you are rewarding him for leading the charge in the last 20 minutes then John deserves the same treatment.
