1-0. Not as comfortable as we would like but through to the last 16.
If we play with that lathergy next week we'll be in for a tough game.

Aye that will do. Bit disappointed we didn’t get Xav and Dapo in full flight, but we looked tired.
The size of the subs man…other than pettifer none of them look physically ready for first team football. Decent technically agreed but get them on the weights!

We did what we needed to do and we did it without picking up any additional injuries. That's what tonight was about and it's good enough for me.

Poor game but we got a result. Baptiste is just not either fit enough or quick enough at this level. All their pressure came from the right where Baps seems to have moved to second half. He's getting turned inside out time after times. Pretty unimpressive but piiiiig down most of the time and we got the win. Have to do better next game. Fleetwood are adapting an aggressive pressing game that seems to be a" how to beat Bolton" format for everybody we play. Still, we won so........Tomasson got a hard time but played well

Just a word for the ref. He was fecking useless - I’d of given them a pen, definite free kick against Johnston (plus possible red if he was last man??) and I think we had at least one pen shout as well.

Awful game wasn’t it…
Thought Pettifer and Tweedley showed some nice touches but quite clearly not physically ready.
Getting rather painful to watch Baptiste drag himself around the pitch these days I hope we don’t have to see much more of him in the side.
Anyway, through to the last 16 and the £20,000 prize money will help pay off the Doncaster fine. I wouldn’t mind a trip to Wembley in this…

It's a win and a clean sheet and most importantly no new injury worries. Very surprised though that Gilks didn't get a run out.

That Tweedley must be 5'2, 3? Genuinely thought he was someone's 12 year old at the legends game. Mini.

Per wiki, Erhun Oztumer's 5ft 3
Re: Sprats v Mackerels..V Fleetwood at home. 31-11-21. 7 O'clock
Yeah that was one of our worst matches of the season. In a way I hope it was down to lack of motivation rather than fatigue, but regardless, we have offered Fleetwood significant encouragement ahead of next week.
Anyway, nice to be in the draw for round 3, which I think will still be regionalised? Fingers crossed for Carlisle rather than Wigan or Rotherham.

And shite.
If players are that small they have to be truly outstanding - like streets above - otherwise they won't make it.
I just don't see it - in modern football how many players under 5 foot 6 say - are genuinely at the top of the game? I just think its rare. There are a few world class miracles obviously. But in the premiership season on season can't be many.

Good spot! I've found a few that I thought might have been a bit dwarvish, but I'm struggling to beat Oztumer!
