Thought it was a tough chance to take on to be honest.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Tue Jan 04, 2022 7:19 pmFossey definitely prefers attacking!
Argh Delf should have burried that

It's 4-3-3. Suspect it's linked to Evatt's comments about wanting the front 3 to press higher and not be back helping the full back out. A 3, Delf right, Thomason left, gives you more protection in the wide areas.sonicthewhite wrote: ↑Tue Jan 04, 2022 7:06 pmIles saying that we look to be 4-3-3. Can anyone confirm as I thought with that line-up we'd be 4-2-3-1?

He's got to bury the first one (from Kachunga). The second one (from Dapo) was a tricky take on a bobbly pitch. Good to see him getting in there though.Mar wrote: ↑Tue Jan 04, 2022 7:22 pmThought it was a tough chance to take on to be honest.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Tue Jan 04, 2022 7:19 pmFossey definitely prefers attacking!

Not sure Delf is playing on the right. I think he's playing a central role covering wherever Fossey decides to go.

He's playing on the right of a central three. I.e. start central next to MJ but cover out to the right when they attack that side. Rather than at 10 playing in front of GT and MJ.

Yep, wholly agree with that. Seen him covering Fossey whenever he's bombed on so I suspect he's covering a few roles tonight.
Not sure about this ref, Fossey and Charles not looking to get much from him so far, a little unfair treatment. Suspect he's being fair so far so can't criticise too much but i'd've definitely given at least one of those.
Great turn from Charles, one touch too many form the looks of it but promising so far.

Charles bursting into life after a quiet start. More of that please!

I'm not watching today as I have the kids with me so it's Paw Patrol and not footy. Not sounding great from Twitter.

Thats a big shame. Match is entertaining so far. Think the panicky moments were early on, not that Santos is helping with that, seems to want to dribble out when the striker is too close.GhostoftheBok wrote: ↑Tue Jan 04, 2022 7:31 pmI'm not watching today as I have the kids with me so it's Paw Patrol and not footy. Fossey looking great. Dapo nearly made it 1-0.

Fossey smashing it across the box then…that’s what you want your full backs doing!

He's just nicked someone else's commentary!BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Jan 04, 2022 7:29 pmI’m playing a mental game of deciding whether the commentary or the referee is worse. The commentary is winning thus far but it’s a tight call.

Not that big a shame, I quite like my kids
I'll catch up with it later.

We'd have to go back and check his tweets before making that signing. I'm sure as good as Daddy Pig is he might have a dodgy back catalogue of racist tweets. Definitely not Kosher.GhostoftheBok wrote: ↑Tue Jan 04, 2022 7:43 pmPretty sure BWFCi would love Daddy Pig at centre back.

Brews made. Need a goal now before half time for us.

Ball is 8 feet away from Johnston. Commentator ‘Maybe if Johnston was an inch taller. No. An inch bigger footwear head have scored’.
