I mean it’s the sharp end of the season with the relegation shark opening it’s jaws beneath us. Every single game is only about the result. Playing well is irrelevant. It’s points that matter now. Points only. Results only. If we play badly and win who cares…find a way to win is what good teams and managers do and we are now squarely needing to do that.

I mostly, sort of agree. End of the day, we just need points. However, the more we play badly the less likely we are to win.

Performances do matter, but they won't let us stay in the league just for pretty passing. It's not a social club.
