See, this media awareness of young players, for me, gives them a sense not of confidence, but more one of self importance, sometimes overdone . It's today, and the media rules, but the idea of young players views being projected on the public without managerial guidance is asking for trouble. Maybe some managers do set guidelines as to what the players can and cannot say, but, especially in the case of big-club loanees. it needs attention.

I think it's probably quite likely he's already had media training.
