Guessing (hoping); Young Trafford, Rico, Dapo, Dion, Jon Dadi, Sadlier, Dempsey, Morley, Fossey all retained plus Evatts choice of the rest. Some obviously subject to recovery back to full fitness, Lee, Sheehan, Isgrove? No guarantees there. I'm somehow doubtful of M.J Williams. Don't know why...

Then again, football fanance will upset any apple-carts.
The vast majority of those you've named there are under contract anyway, Tango, and therefore unlikely to be named on any "retained/released" list. Trafford and Fossey aren't ours to retain or otherwise - they'd require bonafide transfers from their parent clubs.
Aye, you're right of course, just meandering Truewhite. We'll soon know now where things are. We'll have to be better in this League in the coming season to have any chance of the Championship.

To continue in this thread's tone: we get promoted. Then what?

Then we quite possibly lose more than we win and Evatt’s back to being a non-league chancer again?

Corre .... Wrong! We have a massive TW get together at [random game] that sees us get promoted and Insaneo puts his credit card behind the bar. That's how I see it playing out.

Players, innit.

Man Utd are now above West Ham, despite Moyes doing an exceptional job and Utd being a basket case. Just because they have better players.

We'd certainly find out how good our recruitment is. We could either be Luton or Peterborough, depending on what the answer is there.

Hopefully NOT Luton after their 7-0 pasting at Fulham tonight.

Aye, but Luton are in the play offs whereas the Posh are second bottom with minus 50 goals!

Luton's a well run, progressive football club with excellent coaching. They do their business on a tight budget and focus on consistency and professionalism behind the scenes.

There's no shame in being tanked by Fulham this season. After all, they have Tim Ream.

No signings yet. It's looking a bit bleak.

Not only that, but we've released half a dozen today. Lucky if we can muster a starting XI at this rate.

Somewhat PTSD flashbacks of yesterday kicking in when you said that. Let's not go back there any time soon

13 short weeks to the season's opener and we have half a fcking squad. Evatt out. (It's quite theraputic this thread)

Captain hasn't signed a new deal yet and two of our three other centrebacks are under 6'....we're basically midgets.

"The Ann Summers Stadium". Where teams can go f**k themselves has a nice ring to it :D

I'm hoping for "The AO Arena"....huge company that's right next door to the stadium.

Then they can try and get us to chant "AO, let's go!".....and fail miserably.

"The New Burnden Park Stadium" would do nicely for me.
