I really don’t get this tactical inflexibility.

Play Iredale, Johnston, Santos, Jones and that’s surely a defensively sound enough back line. Then you’ve got plenty of options for the midfield and front threes.

I feels bizarre to criticise Evatt for tactical inflexibility considering he so successfully changed formation twice in his first two seasons, yet this season, with this squad, I'm leaning towards agreement.

We currently play a formation that relies on wing-backs to provide width and we don't currently have any wing-backs. It has the feel of trying to fit a squad of players to a predetermind formation as opposed to a formation being selected to bring out the best of the ability we have.

Shocking defending. So much time on the ball behind our lines. Not watching the match today just seen the highlight on the twitter feed

Really need to dig in and get something here or it’s further proof that we are a soft touch away from home at shitholes.

Yeah, none of the defenders (including MJ) came out of that well.

I'm hoping it's got somewhat better.

Doesn't sound good on the twitter feed. Looks like away matches seem to be our achilles heel

Get Dapo running at their right-back, who’s been doing well but is now on a yellow.

I see that we're the Kings of possession again, this half, with all of one shot on target to show for it.

I think we've worked the keeper more than once.

Hmm. A mess of a goal to concede leaves Accy able to be the second successive league opponents to squeeze every second they can from the game. Dapo at LWB isn't working too badly at all, has some threat and is getting forward, but Izzy having less impact on the right – I would expect to see Sadlier on the hour. Dempsey has eally grown into the game and is busily buzzing about, making the third-man runs this system craves. Lee less evident - always tidy in possession, but not stamping himself on the game. Front two trying but not getting much change.

I hope we can continue to grow into this. As I say Dapo's right-back Clark has done well against him (also got in a brilliant nick when Dion looked set to score) but is on a yellow now so just run at him for.a while and see what happens. Ask Izzy for a big 15 then try Sads.

As things stand we''re 16 points off the top, 12 off second and 9 above relegation.
