We went 1-0 down to them at home last season - Taylor was offside - and won 2-1; if I recall, Doyle’s header off a Sheehan corner was our last set-play goal for months on end.
Yeah, that was the case. Not sure about the offside from Taylor's goal but the handball to control it should've been sufficient enough to rule it out, even if they discount the offside call.
thats the one, although I think they claimed ours was handsy too….

Fecking ell. Saw that a mile off. Best chance yet, Bradley waits until Kachunga is offside then passes the ball. Piss poor that.

Lovely breakaway, terrible timing on the ball to Kachunga.

Looks like Oxford's plan of kick and frustrate is working.

Kachunga's having a bit of a shocker here. Had a good opening 5 minutes but since then a few offsides and poor touches and generally seems out of the game and ducking away from the ball on crosses.

He'll equalise for us.

Don’t think we can bank on digging the wrong team selection out from the bench for the third game running. We’ll lose this.

I really can't get over how inconsistent we are. We're not playing at all well and we'll get what we rightly deserve.

The irrelevant one is shots off target. Shots on target don't win matches, but you don't win matches without them. :-)

Evatt. What are you doing?

Sheehan has been absolutely disastrous. They are walking through our midfield. He’s a non event. Off.

Kachunga is abysmal. Off.

Charles has nothing. Off.

Iredale is struggling to move. Off.

Honestly the selection is bonkers. No midfield. We’ve played long ball to two utterly incapable strikers. It’s the worst half I’ve seen this season. Against a poor side we are lucky to be in the game.

No idea what we’ve tried to do or are trying but get Bod, Dapo et al on and stop this experiment now because it’s the biggest failure I’ve seen yet.

With the exceptions of own goals of course. But enough pointless pedantry, the game's been OK. Some slack defending and opportunities not taken. Mirroring the last few matches.

Same rhetoric every week. If this is the biggest failure you've seen yet, wait till next week!

How is the same thing happening again and again. No threat high and wide but at least both our strikers are tiny.

Toss again.

Dapo for Geth. Sad for Kachunga. Bod for Charles.

I dunno the last 5 games have all gone this way as well, we just managed to change it second half in two of them.

He needs to swallow his pride and change formation, get Dapo and sadlier on at half time at least!

Managers get the boot when either everything’s shit or you think there is someone out there who could do better with the players at their disposal and I think the latter is true at the moment (not that I’m saying he should be sacked but he needs a reality check).

The armchair expert thinks it’s been ‘ok’. I do wonder what football these people watch. It’s been shockingly poor. All over the park we are second best. Agree with your subs though no way Sheehan can stay on. He’s been invisible.

We do seem to be regressing by the week. No idea how we're in the top 6

If you didn’t know and were watching this game you’d have Oxford top half and is bottom four. We look like a bitty scrappy relegation side. Probably because our best players are sitting on the bench.

I should have said over 90 minutes.

We don't know what we're going to get from them from one minute to the next.
